By far, the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The walls look like someone walked on them, the carpet had red stains on it that I hope wasn't blood. They are clearly doing work on the outside, hopefully they will be moving into the inside as well. I stay almost exclusively at Quality Inn's because they are generally a good value for the money. This one definitely needs some help. After checking out, when speaking to the person at the front desk, it was clear they are in the process of doing a total remodel of the hotel. While that is great for future guests I think the right thing to do would either make rooms of that appearance unavailable And rent out rooms that have been redone, or to close down till they can make the needed repairs.

It is not the worst place to stay. The room was clean, staff were polite, and plenty of parking. There is much room for improvement: lighting in the parking lot is poor, heater/ AC unit did not work properly, bedding for a king size bed was inadequate ( four small throw pillows each wrapped in a pillowcase, the pullout couch was nothing short of disgusting ( it was stained, 1 - 10 inches in diameter, and obviously not properly cleaned in years. That said, they provided a decent size refrigerator, a microwave, and coffee pot. The room had decent lighting, and was clean. We did not spend a lot of time in the room so it was adequate for our purposes.

I just left after spending one night. I had the wheelchair accessible room with the roll in shower. This hotel is in sad shape. The bed has no frame. The box springs were just sitting onto the floor. There were places where the carpet was ripping up. In the bathroom the shower floods the floor and has done so for so long that there is mold under the linoleum and when I showered the water and steam got the mold spurs flying and it caused me to have a bad asthma attack. The breakfast this morning was scrambled eggs and they were watery. I do not recommend staying at this hotel as it cost me $142 for one night. 😠

Fantastic environment and for once a fantastic elevator. Haven't had a single complaint since I started staying here. The breakfast is absolutely amazing too, not only do they have hot coffee but they also have eggs and sausage and gravy, orange juice, mango guava juice, oatmeal, waffles and so much more for breakfast. This is a definite score if you want a great nights sleep and a very filling breakfast. Hands down great place to book if your in the area.

Our stay at the Quality Inn in Keizer was fantastic. Upon arrival, the hotel lobby was clean, and the staff was great! Check in was a breeze. The room was spotless and comfortable, Night shift staff was incredibly helpful. We had a relaxing soak and great nights' sleep. Breakfast was delicious, I had been looking forward to the waffles, but was even more thrilled at the Passion Orange Guava juice. We requested a late check out, which was obliged. I was leery after reading some reviews, but am thankful that I experienced this hotel first hand. All of the staff were wonderful, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the hotel was surprisingly quiet (there were children and an entire cheer team here), the amenities were more than what was expected. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Great value! Awesome experience.

Stayed at the Quality Suites on Wittenberg Ln NE for a business trip to Salem. It's perfectly adequate. Although obviously well used, it was very clean and the staff is personable and very helpful...

What's to say? This was a 'blind' booking on my Oregon exploration 5-day solo trip. (1600 mi, food, lodging, gas, museums for apx $500. I didn't spend more than $75 for any overnight accommodations...
