DO NOT STAY HERE, EVER!!This is the first time I have ever filled out a review like this but I feel that the public needs to be warned.This is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed.That is including my time spent deployed to the middle east.If I could give less that one star, I would rate in the negatives.I had a group of people stay in a block of rooms and they reported back to me that:-All of the rooms were filthy -Most rooms smelled of old milk, rotten food, and feet -One room had no running water -A plethora of stains on the floors, walls, and sheets -One room had zero towels -Many rooms only had hand towels -The linen looked & smelled like they had not been washed in months -Layers of dust so think that I would estimate years have past -Toilet paper was a rare commodity -The complimentary soaps in many rooms were opened & used -There was trash left in cans and throughout the rooms. -Sinks and showers had a layer of scumTo top this off, the hotel attempted to over charge everyone.They upped the price of the rooms after we booked at a specific price.No, I am not talking about the taxes.They just straight up changed the price for some of my group.The hotel also added a fee for not returning key cards when I know for a fact that we all did.At the time of this review I have been getting the run around from the management team on trying to refund the $5.00 key card fee.The only shining light was the friendly woman at the front desk when I checked in.

They bed was dirty and so was the tub. The staff was rude. They have bed bugs. Don’t waste your money here.

Regular. Primero nos pusieron en un cuarto sucio. No se cambiaron las camas de los huéspedes anteriores y había basura por todas partes. La segunda habitación era mejor, pero le vendría bien una limpieza extra. No hay mantas en la cama, solo sábanas. No hay mantas extra en la habitación. Es barato, así que supongo que obtienes lo que pagas.

Os quartos são limpos e agradáveis, os cobertores são finos como papel e as camas um pouco duras. Tipo de desilusão para um Ramada. Eles ainda estão vivendo no passado e economizando em oferecer comodidades, como piscina, academia e café da manhã, usando o Covid como desculpa, e ainda têm placas exigindo que você use máscara e parece que eles obrigam seus funcionários a use-os também. Eu viajo a trabalho e vivo fora de hotéis. Faz muitos meses que não vejo algo assim. Quando minha semana terminar, vamos mudar, pois este lugar é muito deprimente para passar as próximas 5 semanas. E eles cobram US $ 5 pelas chaves do quarto, então não o deixe acidentalmente no seu quarto….

Mais ou menos. Primeiro eles nos colocaram em um quarto sujo. As camas não foram trocadas dos hóspedes anteriores e havia lixo em todos os lugares. O segundo quarto era melhor, mas poderia usar alguma limpeza extra. Sem cobertores na cama, apenas lençóis. Sem cobertores extras no quarto. É barato, então eu acho que Você paga pelo que tem.

Rooms are clean and nice, blankets are paper thin and beds a bit on the hard side. Kind of a let down for a Ramada. They are still living in the past and skimping out on offering amenities, such as the pool, gym, and breakfast, using Covid as an excuse, And still have signs up demanding you to wear a mask and it seems like they force their employees to wear them too. I travel for work and live out of hotels. It has been many months since I’ve seen something like this. Once my week is up we are switching as this place is too depressing to spend the next 5 weeks in. And they charge $5 for room keys so don’t accidentally leave it in your room….

Dump! Dump dump! No pool available, room was nasty! Smelled horrible! Shower didn't work! No phone chord on the phone! I want my money back!! Ramada you need to take your name off of this dump!

So so. First they put us in a dirty room. Beds weren't changed from prior guests and there was trash everywhere. Second room was better but could use some extra cleaning. No blankets on the bed, only sheets. No extra blankets in the room. It's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Eu fiquei em alguns dos hotéis mais baratos que era 10 vezes mais limpo, melhor serviço e funcionários mais amigáveis. Quarto = sem controle remoto, sem cobertor, sem copos descartáveis, sem condimentos de café para ir com cafeteira no quarto, tábua de passar, mas sem ferro, vaso sanitário entupido. A equipe da noite mostrou frustração com o lado da limpeza, pois o quarto não estava pronto para os hóspedes. Tentamos expressar nossas preocupações com o trabalhador do primeiro turno. Apenas um encolher de ombros. Tanto quanto o site vai. Não há restaurante no local. O restaurante fica em seu próprio lote e não está associado ao Ramada. Não é um minuto a pé do rio. Ainda por cima me foi cobrado um depósito de $ 55. Nunca paguei um depósito para qualquer hotel em que fiquei nos últimos anos. Toda a culpa recai sobre o proprietário e como eles tratam os funcionários.

Me he alojado en algunos de los hoteles más baratos que eran 10 veces más limpios, con un mejor servicio y un personal más amable. Habitación = sin control remoto, sin manta, sin vasos desechables, sin condimentos de café para ir con cafetera en la habitación, tabla de planchar pero sin plancha, inodoro atascado. El personal de la noche mostró su frustración con el lado de la limpieza ya que la habitación no estaba lista para los huéspedes. Intenté expresar nuestras preocupaciones con el trabajador del primer turno. Sólo un encogimiento de hombros. En lo que respecta al sitio web. No hay restaurante en el lugar. El restaurante está en su propio lote y no está asociado con Ramada. No es un paseo de un minuto hasta el río. Para rematar, me cobraron un depósito de $55. Nunca pagué un depósito por ningún hotel en el que me haya alojado en los últimos años. Toda la culpa recae en el propietario y en cómo tratan a sus empleados.

I've stayed in some of the cheapest hotels that was 10 times cleaner, better service and friendlier staff. Room = no remote, no blanket, no disposable cups, no coffee condiments to go with coffee maker in room, ironing board but no iron, clogged toilet. The evening staff showed frustration with the cleaning side as the room was not ready for guests. Tried to express our concerns with the first shift worker. Just a shrug. As far as website goes. No restaurant on site. Restaurant is in its own lot and not associated with Ramada. It is not a one minute walk to the river. To top it off I was charged a $55 deposit. Never paid a deposit for any hotel I've stayed at in the last few years. All fault falls on the owner and how they treat there employees.

Isso não é o que eu chamaria de um hotel de 2 ou mesmo 5 estrelas. Não há controle remoto no quarto, assim como mofo na cafeteira. 2 travesseiros para uma cama king size, bem como nenhum café da manhã continental ... muito chateado com a pernoite .. O retrocesso foi um depósito de danos adicional para 1 noite de estadia 1 pessoa .Realmente !!! Quanto dano uma pessoa pode causar ????

This is not what I would call a 2 or even 5 star hotel. No t v remote in the room as well as mold in the coffee pot . 2 pillows for a king bedas well as no continental breakfast ...very upset with the overnight stay ..The kicker was an additional damage deposit for 1 night 1 person stay .Really !!! How much damage can one person do ????

O quarto não está limpo, o hotel parece estar em muito mau estado. Gostaria de saber se alguém apresentou uma reclamação ao departamento de saúde local. Não se pode esperar que as pessoas paguem por um quarto se ele não atender a certos padrões. É por isso que as revisões são necessárias e importantes.

Room isn't clean, hotel looks to be in very poor condition. Wonder if anyone has submitted a complaint to the local health department. Can't expect people to pay for a room if the room isn't set to certain standards. This is why reviews are necessary and important.

Room was disgusting. Never ever again. Piss all over the toilet. Hairs and pubic hairs all in the spa and tub/shower. Trash left next to tub. Everything was broken and messed up not worth what I paid...
