We had a very warm welcome on arrival by The reception manager - Lorie. The room was very clean. The bathroom had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was the best and the food was fresh. All members of staff were very polite and happy to help with any questions.

Just a walking distance (although quite longer than usual walk) from Geneva city centre. Clean, neat and friendly staff.

Staying here for a few days would be fine. Longer than that becomes an issue. There is little storage for clothes and other items necessary for a longer stay. The refrigerator provided is small, and there are no cooking facilities. It's fine for a short stay, though.

Good hotel a little out of the way but on the bus route, to the Airport and Central Geneva has a shopping centre and the local football stadium attached, a good nights sleep, no noise to speak of and great customer service. Decent breakfast hot food but not cooked to order which would be better. Standard hotel scramble eggs unfortunately, honestly I find them disgusting, and won’t eat them freshly cooked eggs always, but other than that all good. Room nicely cleaned and made everyday.

This hotel is located next to Geneva's stadium and connected to a very nice mall. The bus stop is within 5 minutes walk. Every staff member I've met during our five nights stay were very polite and helpful. The deductions are for two things: 1- I park in the garage and when I take the elevator to go to my room on the 2nd floor, the elevator would always stop at the Reception floor... this is extremely annoying and unnecessary. 2- the breakfast price is ridiculously high at 24.50 Euro per person. Way too expensive. 3- the prices in the cooler next to Reception desk where one could buy water, were atrociously high. 4- the hotel can be 4-star if it would provide more toiletries and daily complimentary water. 5- parking was 10CHF per day, a reasonable rate for Geneva, however, I believe the parking should be free because not all of the hotel's guests are arriving there by taxi or bus. 6- the internet service in the room was painfully weak/slow. 7- the pillows were useless because they go flat as soon as you lay your head on them.
