So it's 15 mins from the airport (with no to little traffic) I didn't have any problems with checking in, the bed was comfy and slept awesome. Of note, and no reflection of the hotel but some lady knocked on my door around 130 in the morning, I didn't open it all the way, I guess she was trying to "deliver food" she asked me if my name was Jenny or something with a J , when I said no , and locked the door she stood there for a long time. I barricaded the door with my safety lock from home and went to bed. I woke up to the bone of a chicken leg in the very center of the doorway. Kind of weird, she might have been delivering and got the wrong room, but the chicken leg was dead center 😳. The hotel staff though were super nice, and accommodating.

The staff were courteous although due to the night hotel manager having transportation issues I stood in the lobby for quite sometime waiting to be checked in. Normally this would have not been so unbearable, although I had just worked almost 17 hour day and had to be up in less than 7 hours to go back to work. The pictures of hotel are deceiving it is VERY outdated! I am unsure if all the buildings are the same, but I will say that the building I was placed in had to of been the worst one. (I would be floored if the conditions were worse in any other building). There was trash all over outside, sketchy people up all night driving from one parking spot to the next. I did not feel the safest, and I certainly was concerned about my car being broken into. The positive is I was able to somewhat park outside the hotel room window. Once inside this old run down hotel room it smelled weird, was dark dingy several lights weren't operational. there was trash such as water bottles still in the room from the previous guest. There was another person's hair all over the pillow cases and bedding, and the pillow cases looked questionable. I am not ever certain they'd been washed. Despite the above the bed wasn't too uncomfortable I've had worse forsure. Let's talk outlets... yeah good luck! the only one I could find to plug in my phone charger was in the far corner of the room, and my charger literally would just fall out! It sounds like rats or mice were chewing through the walls as well. This place needs serious work. and Yes I got it fairly cheap but even at that amount I'd definitely say I over paid for this place. I can guarantee I will not be able to stay in that place for 6 nights. I only got a couple hours of half way sleep because of the anxiety this place gave me.

Avoid staying at this hotel at all costs. I booked a room threw their website directly & I came to check into the hotel. Everything was all fine until I got to the room. I had specifically booked a jacuzzi room with them & they put me in a musty double king room that the lights don’t work in. I went back to the front desk & nicely informed the woman that she booked me into the wrong room type. She than basically outright calls me a liar & states that I must have booked it wrong (despite me literally SHOWING her the email physically reading that I indeed 110 percent booked a room with a jacuzzi). She than gets a huge attitude & tells me that she is not moving me rooms, she won’t refund my money & that she is about to refuse me service for asking for WHAT I PAID FOR. This woman was one of the meanest, most fowl people I’ve ever encountered who works customer service. After getting upset & demanding my money back again she than tells me that I have to call the company directly. So I do. Than the company tells me that NOPE, SHE is the one who is responsible for refunding my money. Not them. She lied multiple, multiple times & couldn’t get her story straight & I will NEVER stay at another Ramada or Wyndham EVER again. Stay away from this out right crack motel. It’s beyond run down & so are the employees. Like I will gladly state that If you don’t wish to work in or provide “customer service” than I highly advise you to quit your job. I am also three months PREGNANT & all I wanted to do was soak in a jacuzzi tub yet now I’m stuck in a run down motel room bawling, not getting what I reserved & paid for as well as sitting in a hotel room with NO LIGHTS. Please, save yourself the headache. I sadly couldn’t ever reiterate that enough.

I'll say it gets 3 stars because the clerk is cool and waved the parking fee for my truck and trailer. Plus he let me check in early. However, the accomodations are mediocre at best. Cable kept going out. The damn room key kept malfunctioning, locking me out of my room. Then the dryer doesn't dry your clothes completely and some random people walk the parking lot late at night. Good thing I had a view of my truck and trailer, which the clerk also accommodated. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Comfy, clean beds and hot shower.

We came in from Spokane and stayed for two nights. The first night, we heard a dog barking on and off all night and people knocking on our neighbors door. There also seemed to constantly be cars with people sitting in their cars in the parking lot, which creates paranoid anxiety about your car and your safety if you need to get to your car. The second night was loud music and people banging on walls. It's pretty safe to say I won't return; it's worth paying a few extra bucks for piece of mind, sanity, and the rest and relaxation we were staying for.
