“The room was terrible, I checked out after trying to tolerate the broken heat system. dusty furniture, mattress on a makeshift platform with sharp corners, mattress not to the end, plank boards exposed. The strong odor of Pine Sol was overwhelming. I had a non- refundable reservation. so the front staff didn't care to make it right when I left. When I called you let them know about the heat, he said, " give it time it will work."
My room was at the end of hall by the staircase with dirty dated carpet. When I view it from highway 101, it looks nothing like what I experienced..”

“Only no coffee in rooms would be my only issue. There is coffee in lobby in the morning. I brought a coffee maker with me. Did not get disturbed by neighbors. Comfortable beds. Helpful clerk in the evening very friendly.”
