“My stay at the Ramada in Pigeon Forge, TN was so-so. Upon checking in the first desk clerk ( black male) was very rude and was on the phone didn’t even bother to say hello. However the lady clerk was fantastic and was so nice. Room was clean and well updated. Bathroom was clean and well updated For a 7 hour rest this hotel was perfect Could’ve gotten a 5 out of 5 but need to get rid of the male desk clerk. Should not be in customer service Time of checkin was on Friday, May 6th around 12:30p- 1pm.”
