“Location, staff's willingness to help when asked. Very dark room, blackout blinds were difficult to open and close, expensive valet parking for Pgh $38, although the service was very good. No other seating area/chairs in the room.”

“The room is beautiful! High ceilings and well designed. I think that a better parking situation would be great. For guests that come an go several times per day it good be great to have a way to park without using a valet parking services.”
