“This is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. The location is wonderful and the staff I interacted with were friendly. However, the hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. All the pool chairs are ripped. The first room I checked into was in horrible condition. The carpet was torn and nails were exposed. I asked to be switched rooms and was moved but the second room was not much better. Mold and stains on the walls, water stains and peeling paint on the ceiling. The list goes on and on… I was extremely disappointed with our stay. We would never stay at this location again.”

“This is the first one star I've ever provided, and as a small business owner, it doesn't feel good. I've given the General Manager and Assistant General Manager an opportunity to discuss live and there was no response. This review is solely being made in hopes I get a call back and can later delete. I had a hotel reservation booked for two months and was told 5 days before checking in that my room was given to a larger company and I was no longer able to stay there. I am extremely disappointed in how careless my reservation was handled, the lack of empathy or concern for how this impacts my travel plans, and the overall customer service.”
