Everything was as it should be. Clean attractive and the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our room was immaculate.

Eu frequento hotéis Marriot / Bonvoy e geralmente aprecio minha estadia. Nesse caso, minha experiência geral com o Residence Inn foi meh. Estou extremamente decepcionante e não recomendo este local até que recebam treinamento sobre as interações de serviço ao hóspede e tenham mais funcionários no local. A interação inicial e o check-in foram ótimos após nossa viagem do ATL, no entanto, após minha experiência inicial no quarto, foi tudo menos isso. A televisão ficou desligada e indisponível por um longo período de tempo. Minha resposta inicial da recepção foi que alguns viessem à sua sala para resolver o problema. Após 25 minutos de espera e nenhum acompanhamento, meu encontro com a recepção foi uma breve conversa deles me avisando que não havia equipe de gerenciamento ou manutenção no local após o expediente e que eu mesmo deveria consertar. Eu também fui referenciado para gerenciamento no dia seguinte. Lembre-se, isso foi durante a série mundial (e uma estadia com um convidado como uma surpresa para o jogo Flórida / Geórgia). Depois de ouvir minha preocupação, o barman foi além para resolver o problema sozinho quando ele estava disponível, 25 minutos mais tarde (perdeu a entrada final da World Series😳). Depois dessa questão, tentei fazer uma xícara de chá para descobrir que nenhum dos pratos estava santificado na máquina de lavar louça. Informei a equipe da recepção sobre minha preocupação e que isso era inaceitável, especialmente com a Covid19 e a pandemia. A resposta que recebi foi levar o assunto à gerência no dia seguinte. Após a verificação, informei a gerência sobre isso e eles casualmente trataram da minha preocupação e me encaminharam para o supervisor de manutenção da casa. Ela explicou o procedimento e aparentemente não foi seguido. Eu perguntei o que eles poderiam fazer para resolver minha preocupação de forma satisfatória e não fui informado de nada porque eu era um convidado terceirizado.

Plesentemente surpreso como o quarto limpo era, considerando que eles não têm nenhum piso livre para animais de estimação. Pequeno-almoço incluído e bom. Eles NÃO oferecem descontos para veteranos, no entanto, supostamente oferecem descontos para idosos, mas não aparecem no recebimento. O recibo mostra um crédito pelo uso do VISA igual a todos os impostos. Surpresa agradável.

I frequent Marriot/Bonvoy hotels and generally enjoy my stay. In this instance, my overall experience with Residence Inn was meh. I am extremely disappointing and I do not recommend this location until they are provided training on guest service interactions and have more staff onsite. The initial interaction and check in was great following our travel from ATL however upon my initial experience in the room it was anything but. The Television was disconnected and unavailable for an extended period of time. My initial response from the front desk was we'll have some come to your room to resolve it. After 25 minutes of waiting and no follow-up, my encounter with the front desk was a brief conversation of them advising me that there was no management or maintenance staff on site after hours and to fix it myself. I was also referenced to management the next day. Mind you, this was during the world series (and a stay with a guest as a surprise for the Florida/Georgia game.) After overhearing my concern the bar tender went above and beyond to resolved the issuehimself when he was available, 25 minutes more later (missed the final inning of the World Series😳). Following this issue I attempted to make a cup of tea to discover none of the dishes were santized in the dishwasher. I let the front desk staff know of my concern and that this was unacceptable especially with Covid19 and the pandemic. The response I received was take it up with management the following day. Upon check I informed management of this and they casually addressed my concern and passed me to the supervisor of house keeping. She explained their procedure and apparently it was not followed. I inquired what they could do to address my concern satisfactorily and I was advised nothing because I was a 3rd party guest.

Plesently surprised how clean room was considering they don't have any floors that are pet free. Breakfast was included and good. They do NOT offer Veterans Discounts, however they supposedly do offer Senior Discounts, but doesn't appear on receipt. Receipt does show a credit for using VISA that equals all taxes. Nice Surprise.

Ótima localização. Perto de muitos restaurantes, uma mercearia e algumas lojas. O hotel era muito limpo meu quarto era grande, a equipe foi útil e muito agradável. Marriott é sempre bom.

Bela propriedade. A paisagem e o estacionamento são bem conservados. O interior é ainda melhor. Excelente arquitetura e manutenção. Charlie me registrou na recepção. Ela é muito experiente. A TV é controlada por dispositivo móvel, o que é incrível porque minha sorte com controles remotos de hotel não é das melhores.

Beautiful property. The landscape and parking lot are well kept. The inside is even better. Great architecture and upkeep. Charlie checked me in at the front desk. She is very knowledgeable. The TV is mobile device controlled, which is awesome because my luck with hotel remotes is not the best.

Wonderful Service Great Customer Service front all Front Desk staff. Housekeeping are also very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate. Upkeep and Cleanness of hotel is Top notch.Great Job !!

Você pensaria que pagar um pouco mais GANHA um pouco mais. Não muito. O bom: o quarto é muito silencioso e muito limpo. As luzes são boas. A TV é decente. Parece novo, mas de plástico. O Amazon Basic de hotéis. Provavelmente permite os maiores cães de qualquer lugar que encontrei (100 libras). Internet básica decente. O café era realmente bom. O ruim: a pressão da água do chuveiro é ruim, a cama é confortável, mas básica, nenhum sinal da Verizon até eu abrir a janela (construção de furacão), o café da manhã era muito limitado (comida quente era apenas ovos mexidos, linguiça de porco e linguiça de peru). Acho que ficaria de 3,5 a 4 estrelas, mas como era mais caro, foi rebaixado. Mas, se você tem um cachorro grande, acho que é razoável.

You would think that paying a little extra GETS you a little more. Not so much. The good: the room is very quiet and very clean. Lights are good. TV is decent. Feels new, but plastic-y. The Amazon Basic of hotels. Probably allows the biggest dogs of any place I found (100 lbs). Decent basic internet. Coffee was actually good. The bad: shower water pressure is poor, bed is comfortable but basic, no Verizon signal until I opened the window (hurricane build), breakfast was very limited (warm food was only scrambled eggs, pork sausage, and turkey sausage). I think it would get 3.5 to 4 stars, but since it was more expensive, it got downgraded. But, if you have a big dog, I think it is reasonable.
