“Check-in was quick and easy! Got my room keys, front desk showed on a map where the room was located and assisted with all questions I've had. Room was cleaned, organized, and I am surprised at all the details of the room such as in-room coffee, salt/pepper, plates, pots, pans, and more. This is definitely a room I could stay in for a long period of time, especially with the free parking compared to other hotels and the complimentary breakfast provided which was very wholesome with lots of options. The desk within the room was very spacious where I could easily work remotely. I do wish there was an Ethernet port where I could directly connect to the Internet if needed. Room came equipped with a full size refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Room came with plates, bowls, silverware, and pots/pans. Bed was comfortable. Only down side of the stay was the guide was incorrect, date/time on the TV guide showed 2019 and incorrect time, and the bathroom fan was loose which seemed to make it really loud when the bathroom door was not closed. These downfalls did not change the overall satisfaction of the stay and would definitely visit again due to the great stay, close proximity to many things such as AMC, Dave and Busters, and stores. Would definitely give the hotel a solid 4 out of 5.”

“Still here, Please read: Where do I start on how bad the housekeeping and service is at this hotel..First off, I stay with Marriott’s around the world and have done so for years. I am still here, day 6 of 8 days and I have still not had my room cleaned, fresh sheets, bed made or more coffee as of yet. Nothing, with the exception of fresh towels, has been done. 2 days ago I asked the front desk (Melissa) if I could have housekeeping. She stated “We are pretty busy today, we could do tomorrow?” I said that’s fine, I just need fresh towels which were delivered. The next day we came back in the late evening, nothing had been cleaned, bed, bathroom, nothing. I called the front desk and complained and they told me I was only scheduled for a “Refresh” and not a “Full Cleaning”. This “multi level” cleaning was not explained to me when I checked in. She promised me I would get a “Full Service cleaning” the next day. The next morning (today) I double checked with the front desk to ensure we were scheduled for the full service which we were. We just returned after a long day out and again, the room had not been cleaned, no new sheets, bed not made, no bathroom or kitchen cleaning done, No new coffee. Honestly, I just can’t help but laugh at this point about how badly the housekeeping and service is. Apparently the manger is away until next week but I will be speaking with Megan the supervisor about this and see what she has to say. Again, Gold member here, stay around the world, and have never seen the service at a Marriott Super chain this bad before. One other point, you receive an automated message from “Melissa” when you check in about how your room is and another half way through your stay asking for your rating from 1-10. I responded to both with no reply. What’s the point? Other tips: Breakfast is over at 9am on weekdays, 930 weekends. Gym has 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical and a multi use cable machine. Buildings are all separate so you must exit your building to access the lobby.”
