“Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, hotel could do with new flooring and some ceiling's could do with painting. Also if you have a policy stating all gentlemen to wear sleeved shirts and long trousers, at least back this up, on my stay here several men turned up wearing shorts, vest tops and baseball caps.”

Hotel que tiene sus añitos pero esta completamente reformado, con mucho gusto y diseño. Muy elegante. Las piscinas son grandes y espaciosas. El restaurante buffet una maravilla, gran variedad de comidas y muy buenas. Te hacen los platos al momento y el personal es un encanto. En este hotel nos hemos sentido muy cómodos y seguros, estan muy bien preparados para reducir al máximo los riesgos de contagio del covid-19. Lo recomendamos 100%!

El hotel es una pasada, el trato de los empleados es inmejorable y sobre todo los y las camareros/as, super amables y pendientes.Al lado de la playa con su puerta interior y las piscinas están muy bien.El desayuno buffet y cena, espectaculares! Y el show de la noche muy ameno.Sólo decir que amplíen el lugar del parking, por lo demás, muy bien!

Es un hotel de 5 estrellas k elegí porque queria calidad, seguridad y atención personal, sin embargo; no me sentí cómoda cuando me indicaron k no podía acceder a la piscina en topless .Además de asombroso me pareció bastante retrógrado.Está medida o norma, por llamarlo de alguna manera, no estaba indicada por escrito en ninguna parte ya k si lo hubiese sabido no habríaelegido ese lugar para pasar mis vacaciones .Las medidas de proteccion covid no me parecieron suficientes.El hotel no cuenta con parking para los clientes y en los alrededores es casi imposible aparcar.Si quieres una hamaca, debes madrugar porque las ocupan todas desde muy temprano colocando toallas durante horas.Quiero señalar como positivo el trato del personal y la comida k es de buena calidad, aunque considero k debería tener previsto más variedad por si hay clientes k precisan una dieta diferente por ejemplo; la leche k no sea sólo de tipo animaly de soja, hubo falta de otras leches como de arroz, avena o almendras ya que hay personas k no la pueden tomar.El hotel es muy bonito pero es una pena que por todas estas razones no lo vuelva a visitar.

Comida aceptable, resaltar el trato de Pablo el chico joven de la piscina que estaba en todos sitios y no paraba, me sirvió un sándwich alas 12y media en la piscina y a la 13:00h estaba en el restaurante sirviendo la bebida, un camarero increíble y simpatico. también resaltar la atención de Javier en restaursntr y las medidas anticovid de 10

Había reservado en Riu Palace Maspalomas, pero con el covid 19 tuve que cambiar y él cambió a sido lo mejor un hotel impresionante sus jardines, piscinas y habitaciones, la mía era con vistas al mar, grande, súper limpia y cómoda, los restaurantes muy bien el Cristal ya lo conocía pero la atención de Fran fenomenal y el Español la comida genial y los camareros amables saludos a Raúl y a todos los camarer@ por un servicio muy especial. Espero que esta crisis pase y podáis trabajar a topé volveré

Un hotel espectacular, muy acogedor, muy bonito y con unos empleados para los que el cliente es lo primero, el trato es excelente.Tanto el desayuno como la cena, tipo buffet, exquisito, con gran variedad de platos y mención especial para Roberto que nos hizo aún si cabe, estos momentos, más agradables, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada.La habitación tambien insuperable. El hotel espectacular, la ubicación inmejorable, con salida directa a la playa de Maspalomas. Las habitaciones amplias.. El bufet muy bueno y variado. Nada malo que decir. Llevamos 5 días de los 11 que vamos a estar aquí, y cada día más agusto. Por poner un pero, no hay manera de aparcar por la zona, hemos alquilado un coche para recorrer la isla, y tenemos que aparcar lejos del hotel.

Las instalaciones son extraordinarias y la ubicación perfecta mucho mejor que los Lopesan que tienen que desplazarse hasta la playa .... Eso si, el parking es enano, si tienes suerte de que te den. He echado en falta: mascarillas diarias provistas por el hotel, espectáculos mejores pues nos aburriamos enormemente (los peores de todos los hoteles que he estado) y el bufet es mejorable en cuanto a calidad, por ejemplo el champán que ponían era de 2 euros!!! Estaba horroroso..Y la comida en la piscina también mejorable...No sé si el tema del Covid habrá hecho mella en estos detalles porque la verdad es que nos ha gustado si no fuera por comida y espectáculos que con niños se valoran un montón.

Ante todo decir que el hotel es muy bonito y con gusto sierto que en la habitaciones an utilizados materiales de baja calidad pero con gusto la cama es normal y encima son dos camas pegadas podrían poner de matrimonio y más cómodas para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas la comida es bastante buena para ser bufet y con variedad eso si la bebida es cara comparando con hoteles de la zona. He puesto 3 estrellas primero cuando llegamos a la habitación Había una botella de cocacola abierta del anterior cliente que eso no nos a gustado nada y más por el covid19 y segundo que para que nos dejarán abandonar la habitación a las 13.00 horas nos cobren 15 euros eso a mi nunca me lo habían hecho en ningún hotel de la zona y más habiendo tenido ese fallo al entrar. Mala atención por parte de recepción y sin soluciones eso si buena atención por parte de camareros siempre atentos y el señor que está en la piscina con lastoallas es muy simpático siempre atento al cliente.

Esperaba algo más de un 5 estrellas de RiU. Acostumbrada al servicio del RIU Palace Meloneras este tiene temas a mejorar como el parking muy pequeño y no te ofrecen una solución por parte del hotel (en resumen buscate la vida). El servicio de limpieza tuvo fallos como no reponer el papel higiénico, tardar mucho en hacer la habitación (tuvimos que pedir que la hicieran)Ydejar utensilios de limpieza en la misma..

Lo mejor: la mejor ubicación de todo Maspalomas, con acceso directo al Mar. Y los extensos jardines.Lo peor: las almohadas muy duras, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, el desayuno está bien, pero no lo suficiente para un 5 estrellas.

El hotel está genial, muy cuidado, con la playa en la puerta, tres estupendas piscinas y la comida está bien. Lo mejor es sin duda el staff. Los trabajadores son muy amables y simpáticos, en especial Raúl del restaurante. Lo único malo de este lugar es el aparcamiento, que es casi imposible encontrar alrededor. A pesar de esto, no dudaremos en volver. Nos ha gustado mucho.

I just have a word to discribe my experience at Riu Grand Palace Oasis: GORGEOUS! Just arriving at the hotel and waiting for my check-in, reception invited me a glass of cava and orange juice at the Onix lobby bar and I must to say that the waiter who served me was very polite and friendly and the cocktails were well done and balanced. The manager at Botánico restaurant from Agüimes I must to say that he was very profesional, elegance and polite.When I arrived to the room the decorations was very nice and I really loved the big shower, but the best part was the views. The hotel has got 3 swimming pools and a path to go directly to the beach.I must to mention the beautiful canarian and tropical gardens what they have and also that the hotel is close to the bus station and restaurants zone. And the food variety at buffet and at a la carte restaurants.Thank you very much for and amazing holidays!!

No lo recomiendo para ir con niños. Lo venden como hotel para familias pero para nada, los niños no tienen animación ni entretenimiento alguno y si se mueven mucho parece que molestan. El hotel no tiene más que 50 plazas de aparcamiento y hay que buscarse la vida para aparcar por fuera, en la calle, lo que resulta muy complicado. Me decepcionó un montónEn cuanto a la respuesta por parte del hotel, decir que las actividades diarias para niños de 4 a 12 años consistían enuna monitora poniendo música de los cantajuegos a las seis de la tarde. Para los de 4 años igual era entretenido, pero de esa edad para arriba...…

Great facility but it is catered for smokers.You cant dit on your balcony since the smoke drifts to your space. The pools are the same way. Even the outside dining. Ashtrays everywhere. We would like to enjoy the sun and a nice meal without the smoke in our faces. Reserve areas for non smokers and make sure the wind blows the smoke in a different direction

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, vacation spot then look no further. Just as the name implies, as soon as you walk past the front desk you feel like you've been transported to an Oasis. The grounds a perfectly manicured with palm trees providing shade from the sun. With a little waterfall adding to the ambiance.There were a range of activities offered while we were there. Although I didn't make it to a class, yoga was offered in the morning, and a variety of activities for kids throughout the day. During our stay they had Queen and the Beattles cover bands for evening entertainment.We opted for half board (breakfast and dinner). The breakfast buffet consisted of a wide range of choices, all of which were delicious. The only thing that I would pass on would be the waffles they were hard as a rock. We didn't have any complaints about the dinner buffet.The room was beautiful. The shower was enormous, it offered a rain shower head as well as a traditional shower head and even had a place to sit, like in a sauna.We were only there for 3 nights but we were so relaxed at the end of those three days that it felt like we had been on vacation for a whole week. We would definitely come back.

I completely loved this place. It was very very quite and peaceful. There is a more mature crowd and no children. It was an amazing place to get some R and R. The staff was exceptionally polite and the accommodations were very clean. It was in a very nice area and the landscaping of the grounds was impeccable. I give it a stamp of approval!

He viajado bastante y jamás me había pasado lo ocurrido. Estamos hablando de un hotel de cinco estrellas, se supone que de lo mejor de la zona y por el que se paga una cantidad precisamente no barata por una habitación. Contratamos una habitación con piscina, se supone que de las mejores del hotel, del 21 al 24 de noviembre (Habitación 1118). Tras pasar la primera noche nos despertaron las obras a las siete de la mañana de un edificio que hay enfrente. No somos personas que nos quejemos, pensamos que era mala suerte, llegaba el fin de semana y con unos tapones para los oídos asunto solucionado pero a la noche siguiente me desperté sobre las 2:30 de la madrugada y escucho ruidos extraños. Me levanté al baño y veo algo que pasa por mis pies. Estaba medio dormido y pensé que eran cosas mías. A los 5 minutos como en una película de terror escucho como arañazos por detrás de un sofá que había en la habitación. Enciendo la luz y de nuevo algo recorre la habitación por debajo de la cama. Me asomo y veo en la entrada, en la puerta una rata. Obviamente me dirijo a recepción y comunico lo sucedido. Me acompaña el señor de recepción (Sr.Sosa) a la habitación, abrimos la puerta y vemos de nuevo al roedor por la habitación, restos de heces en la puerta. El señor casi más angustiado que nosotros nos facilitó otra habitación (la 1510) para pasar la noche dejando nuestras pertenencias para ir a recogerlas al día siguiente. El espectáculo de ir a las tres de la mañana por el hotel en pijama tras tener una rata en la habitación es inolvidable. Volvimos al día siguiente y nuestro "acompañante" había mordido los tapones para los oídos que estaban encima de la mesilla, zapatillas y no sabemos si algo más. No somos miedosos pero da mucho asco pensar que una rata ha estado por encima de las mesillas, almohadas e incluso por la ropa. La solución del hotel fue darnos otra habitación doble (la 1172), darnos una agenda con un boli e indicarnos que si queríamos nos invitaban a cenar (no fuimos). Decidí no poner una reclamación por escrito por varios motivos. 1. Estaba de vacaciones y francamente no me apetecía liarla. Cuanto antes pasara todo mejor. Solo queríamos salir de allí y volver ya a casa. 2. El señor de recepción (Sr.Sosa) se preocupó e intentó solucionar todo lo antes posible. 3. Las señoras de la limpieza se portaron genial con nosotros. Fueron las únicas que se dignaron a preguntar constantemente si estábamos bien, si necesitábamos algo. Incluso se disculparon en nombre del hotel a diferencia de otros señores responsables que ni aparecieron, ni dieron la cara y que debían estar muy ocupados. Destacar que el hotel está muy bien ubicado, el desayuno era muy bueno, había una señora que hacía unas tortillas excelentes para desayunar pero honestamente después de lo sucedido no volvería. Creo que al menos la noche que tuvimos que salir corriendo de la habitación no la tenían que haber cobrado y que el director o el responsable del hotel tendría que haber dado la cara. De todo ello me quedo con una anécdota para contar, una lección de que un hotel con cinco estrellas no tiene que ser el mejor ni mucho menos y desde luego un diez para esas mujeres y hombres que limpian, en ocasiones infravalorados y cuya labor es vital. Espero que fuera algo excepcional y nadie tenga que pasar de nuevo por lo sucedido.

Comfortable modern rooms (lots of sockets). Good WIFI. Very good staff, good service, good choice of food and drinks. Nice idea of having separate fine dining style restaurants (at no additional cost if you have half board) in addition to main buffet style one. There is one thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars it otherwise deserves - entertainment (8pm to 11pm) and animation during the day. In both cases a very loud music is being played which can be heard all over the inner territory. So this hotel is not for you if you like some peaceful and quiet relaxation., if you just want to listen to water, wind, trees and birds or if you like to go to beg early and rise early.

This hotel is well earned for the five stars it has. Super clean and very modern. The staff is more than helpful and very nice and polite. Most of them speak multiple languages such as English, German and Spanish of course. The rooms are spacious with a firm queen size bed and a couch that can be fold out to a double bed. The bathroom has more than enough space with shower, double sink and a toilet. If you need to go to the bathroom in the night there are small lights near the floor that will turn on when you move and also in the bathroom.There are three pools and one for the small ones in different areas of the property. The pools are only 110 cm (3,6 ft) deep and it's not allowed to dive into them. There is a quite large park area where you can sit and relax or just walk around in on a sunny day. There is also a small gym, spa, hairdresser and more. If you will, you can eat in one of three restaurants in the hotel. Notice that long trousers and shirt is acquired for men. The ocean and beach is just around the corner and you can enjoy some nice waves here.This hotel seems to be a very popular choice for elderly people and families with small children.I can really recommend this hotel.

Inolvidable estancia. Casi no se puede pedir más. Le quitaría una estrella por no tener accesible la salida a la playa. Vi personas, huéspedes, los más vulnerables, tener que empujar la silla de ruedas, salir del Riu, rodearlo para acceder a donde tendría que haber una simple rampa y luego volver por el mismo camino hasta la entrada principal. Este tipo de negligencias no le cuadran a un hotel Riu. Por lo demás, un paraíso. La excelente comida que les caracteriza y un personal de primera. Gracias.

Estuve hace unos años y me encantó, pero después de la reforma todavía está mejor.El personal, como siempre, en la mayoría de los Riu en los que he estado, amable, profesional, un 10.La instalaciones me han gustado, dispone de un spa gratuito donde puedes encontrar un jacuzzi y una sauna. También dispone de un gimnasio y acceso directo a la playa. La amplia zona de jardines, excelentemente cuidada. Y el espectáculo nocturno muy animado.La habitacion impresionante, aunque tengo que decir que estuve en la que tiene piscina privada y eso para mi es todo un lujo porque me encanta.Una estancia inolvidable.

Hotel emblematico e historico en Maspalomas. Situado a pie de playa y en un entorno unico. Reformado por entero hace un para de años, ahora goza de una decoracion y un confort, que unido a su esplendido palmeral, hace que realmente te encuentres en un Oasis de verdad. Muy buen buffet de desayunos. El unico pero es el parking, ya que aunque pone que hay parking y no es necesario reservar, no es cierto. El parking es minimo y no te dan la opcion a reservar por lo que te tienes que buscar la vida fuera del hotel y aparcar en esa zona es literalmente imposible. Tienes que ir a parking de pago relativamente lejos del hotel, o ir a aparcar posiblemente a bastante distancia del hotel. Una pena, pero realmente no hay sitio para mas, pero que lo adviertan.

Gran hotel con tres piscinas de 1.10,siempre hay hamacas libres, limpieza perfecta.Buffet increíble, muy variado y de gran calidad.Habitación amplias, limpias y con terraza ( yo le pondría luz a las terrazas)Trabajadores muy buenos y amables, están para todo con una sonrisa en la cara.Parking pequeño.Las actividades para niños escasa y bastante mala.Las actuaciones nocturnas bastante malas, se puede mejorar muchísimo.Las actividades durante el día escasas y malas.Resumen: grandes instalaciones pero muy básicas las actividades/espectáculos

El hotel es muy bonito y las instalaciones son fantásticas,el personal de 10 la comida igual, ahora si tienes niños aquí los miran mal, es un hotel para octogenarios, la animación está pensada para la tercera edad o cuarta edad.Si vas a venir con niños... es mejor el Riu Gran Canaria que es donde vamos ahora que hemos pedido que nos cambien allí.

Pesimo, un hotel con la categoría que se le supone y con el precio que tiene que tenga solo 20 plazas de aparcamiento para todo el hotel y las cuales no se saben como las dan ya que en la entrada hay plazas en las que se supone que hay sitio para minusválidos y sitio para coches eléctricos y en los cuales ni aparcan coches de minusválidos ni coches eléctricos,total una pena porque las habitaciones están bien y el trato ha sido bueno

Inmejorable: Buffett enorme, variado y de calidad, cocinado la mayor parte en vivo, habitaciones bonitas, espaciosas, comodísimas, gran baño con todo lo necesario, limpieza impecable,personal rozando la perfección, instalaciones que invitan a descansar y a perderse,tres piscinas para disfrutar con servicio de comida y bebidas directamente en las hamacas, salida directa a la playa y zona de restaurantes y tiendas de playa, sólo le falta salida al faro y parada de taxis/bus

No hay aparcamiento, el hotel dispone de 20 plazas que asignan a quien ellos quieren, prueba de ello es ver vehículos aparcados en zona de minusválidos y no tienen están identificados como tal durante toda la estancia que he tenido, preguntas en recepción nunca tienen disponible plazas, si llego a saber esto, tengo claro que no lo contrato porque por este precio hay hoteles en la zona que sí disponen de aparcamiento para sus clientes.Tras la contestación del hotel en la que dicen que cuando llega un vehículo con acreditación no ocupan esas plazas.....entonces si cuando llegue las plazas estaban libres...porqué motivo no me asignaron una de esas plazas?

Todo perfecto.Yo soy una maniática de la limpieza y todo lo vi muy limpio, oliendo a productos de limpieza, las sábanas frescas, el baño impecable sin ninguna huella de paño mal pasado, etcétera.La comida es bastante completa. En los desayunos tienes de todo: croissants frescos, donuts, huevos revueltos, salchichas, zumos RECIÉN EXPRIMIDOS...En las cenas suelen ofrecer bastante carne e incluso sushi, pasta, pizza, verduras... todo muy bueno, de calidad.Realmente todo está a la altura con lo que pagas. Si pagas dineral por este hotel, vale mucho la pena. Todo es exquisito y de calidad, no como otros hoteles que te tratan como si fueses un animal de granja.

Hotel totalmente renovado y re inaugurado este año con resultados espectaculares!Nada que ver con el anterior hotel que conocí en 2017!Magnifico hall y recepción. Nueva configuración de piscinas(3 y 1 para niños). Nueva configuración de comedores y bufet, en el exterior lo único que permanece igual es el magnífico palmeral que rodea el hotel!Las habitaciones sencillas, limpias y con camas enormes!La comida, si anteriormente era buena, ahora es magnífica tanto en el bufet como en los dos restaurantes temáticos, uno de comida avanzada y otro de comida española. Los dos son intercambiables, en la cena, por la del bufet, cualquier día que apetezca(ojo, hay que reservar el día anterior)A mí personalmente me gustó más el de comida española...una delicia!El personal, otro10! Amables, serviciales sin empalagar. Siempre con una sonrisa en la boca, desde los empleados de recepción hasta las señoras de la limpieza!Ah y salida directa a la playa!!!En fin, un hotel moderno bonito y eficiente que, creo, no dejará a nadie indiferente!

Es un hotel reformado, las habitaciones son nuevas, el personal en general muy atento y amable , el Buffet con muy buena calidad y variedad , el material de la reforma alrededor de las piscinas ha sido una fallo pq resvala muchísimo y para adultos y niños resulta peligroso, hubo más de una caida, tuvimos varios inconvenientes que finalmente nos resolvieron, uno de ellos fue q nos mandaran a un segundo piso sin ascensor con un carrito de bebe , un fallo garrafal y que después de más de 1 mes de haber llamado para pedir porfavor que nos confirmaran habitaciones contiguas y con cama de matrimonio ( y nos dijeran que no había problema y quedaba anotado) llegáramos y fueran habitaciones en distintos pisos y encima sin ascensor para el bebé y sin cama de matrimonio. La entrada la verdad es q fue un desastrePero luego el Hotel merece la pena , tienen que tener un poco más de cuidado y de detalle

A pesar de estar recientemente reformado los accesos para personas con movilidad reducida son deficientes. la nueva puerta al paseo no tiene rampa sino dos escalones para los que necesitamos scooter u otro modo de ayuda para caminar. además el acceso por el centro urbano consta de una acera muy estrecha y con una palmera en medio de la acera que obstaculiza el paso. Solamente se puede salir y entrar por recepción y caminando por carretera hasta el paseo marítimo y una vez allí encontraremos con una rampa de pendiente pronunciada al querer avanzar hacia la zona comercial y de establecimientos de hostelería. Nefasta planificacióny organización para discapacitados y tercera edad. En mi caso me dejaron la salida de servicio tras la protesta ya que me encontraba sin poder abandonar el hotel por las dificultades mencionadas.

Our room with a private pool was amazing. The hotel staff were fabulous and welcoming.We had half board so breakfast was included. Lots of choice, and prosecco! We ate at the buffet dinner twice, once it was fine, the second time not so much, plus it was far more expensive than any of the local restaurants. But this is the only negative.There was entertainment every night which was fun. The pools and bars /restaurants were extremely clean.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

What makes this hotel so special are the staff, always smiling and helpful..... Keep up the great work! Would highly recommend (especially the swim-up rooms)

Wonder place and amazing staff. Customer service is still alive and well. Enjoyed so much I stayed an extra day. Had a private pool and enjoyed it. AC in room fantastic but the rain shower was the best. Beds comfy and whole room was fantastic.Breakfast was fantastic with everything you could imagine.Coffee is brought to your table but juices and champagne are in cafeteria for your selection.Very limited parking so I recommend taking a taxi or you might have to park outside the hotel area for a fee.Dinner included in my rate was okay. Had one in the Spanish restaurant that was good and the buffet dinner had many selectionsto choose from but my best meal was at the churrasco restaurant on the strip. So many different restaurants to be found there so it just depends on what you want.

Firstly I want to just day a huge thank you to the team and staff at the hotel ! I left some very expensive retainers for my newly straightened teeth in the bathroom of the room I was staying in and realised on my way to the airport ... I was running late and had to go through security etc ... I called the hotel and they very quickly found my lost items and offered to put them in a taxi and get them to the airport for me to collect but I was literally boarding at this point ! They sent them via post and I was so relieved ! Most hotels wouldn’t do this for a customer and I was so scared I wouldn’t get them back BUT I DID! So thank you all so much ! As for the stay... amazing amazing !

Beautiful hotel. Fabulously modern rooms with an amazing bathroom, great shower, very comfortable beds. Great quality white sheets and towels. Customer service is excellent. Everyone employed here is very in tune to customer care. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent quality food with all dietary tastes catered for. Spotlessly cleaned environment. Great location with private beach access. Night entertainment is very good. Kids club for young children. Arrived here on Thursday 11th July 2019 here until 25th. Very pleased with our choice of hotel.

Wonderful landscaped gardens with a lovely array of palm trees with colourful parrots flying amongst them.Room great; very good varied buffet menu in main restaurant. Lovely al fresco dining and bar.Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful.Great place for a relaxing holiday.

Been to this hotel 8 times before the refurbishment and although it is very nice it has lost its soul. the staff are very nice and helpful it lacks the personal touch now.The food in the evening is of poor quality and never hot enough . Lunch time offer also poor, bring back the pool bar!!!

An unpleasant situation has happened to us, this morning at the swimming pool the gentleman looking after the towels, very acwkardly wanted to remove the floating devicefrom the waist the10-year-oldthe boylifted it from the body of the boywithout our consent and without even addressing the child, they both speak Spanish. I Witness this act with my own eyes, and when I complaint the reception with the hotel manager SR Raul, he told us that he was investigating it, and then he just called me to tell us that it was not true and that he would not do anything about it. Besides this , the hotel managementdecide overnight not to allow within the pool the ball game or the floating mattress arguing that this was forbidden , whilst actually this was allowed for the past 3 days since we arrived and we were even given from the pool staff one of them that had been forgotten, Again no consistency in the way they keep on with managing rules ortrained their staff, and having three pool it could be perfectly reasonableto keep one for the Kids to play and allowed them their floating mattress, or soft ball game , which was very much the case any how up until today and is the case in the third pool , The gentleman director does not seem aware of this and his only work his rules,and orderand it transpires that he has no clue of what truly happen around the hotel from an operation point of viewas he seemspend his time within his office, I will not even spread along the aggressive, unfriendly customer service and inutility ofthe conversation we had with him ( unless for the fact that he gently accepted to leave his officetalk about the situation ), let alone the lack of training of the incurred staff as basically we were implied to tell counter truth ,but just bear in mind that besides arguingwith his guests,making them feel unsecured, and totally lacking of customer service practice, the management of the hotelis in complete denial of the factual truth andwill offer no apology or any resolutive explanation . It is a real shame , certainly thehotel strives for different value, but they are not applied locallyI have stayed several times but next time I doubt I will return. Not really a family friendly hotel

Just stayed 1week, sadly the weather was disappointing, but the hotel was so lovely.Great staff (credit to the manager) we were made to feel so welcome, the staff are just excellent. Loved the pool guys. All the food was of excellent quality, and dining room laid out so your table was comfortable no traffic behind you, or in front of you. I will certainly look for RUI hotels as preference on my future hols, but Canary Islands are bit risky weather wise in February for me.

Not a place I would go again , old grumpy couples not friendly and quite racist.The waiter served everyone water except myself and realised I was not served any water despite sitting on a table too for evening meal.If you want an old fashioned hard rusty room and mattress then the place to be!Beware says 4/5 stars but looks and feels more like 3 Star!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was really good and so many options also. The nightly entertainment was good and the facilities including the pool, hot tub and sporting facilities including a pool table and table tennis etc. I love the outdoor garden with all the palm trees and birds singing. Also, there's a beach at the exit so you can walk to the beach in five minutes or less.In addition to the buffet style restaurants, there is also a fine dining restaurant where you can reserve a table 24 hours in advance. Throughout the day there are activities provided not only for adults but for children also.

Brilliant hotel. First holiday with our 15 month old. Staff were fantastic with him in all areas of the hotel especially dining rooms. We recieved a room upgrade on arrival which gave us the space for him to run around as well. Been before as a couple and loved it and now as a family even more so. Food and drink is varied and to a high standard and available nearly all day.

Hotel muy tranquilo, con una gran zona verde en la que se puede encontrar un montón de zonas de ocio. Sin duda lo mejor el gran trato por parte de todo los empleados del hotel, la comida es rica y variada y por poner algún pero la falta de enchufes en la habitación para cargar los móviles.

Amplio, limpio, bonito, con muchas zonas verdes, varias piscinas, gimnasio, animación, restaurantes.... Realmente bueno! El bufé es genial, gran variedad de comida y muy rica, el personal es muy atento y amable, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y bonitas, y la situación es privilegiada. Muy satisfecho!

Después de la reforma está mucho mejor, las habitaciones, nuevas piscinas, un escenario fantástico y lo mejor es la ubicación a pie de la playa de maspalomas y su mítico faro.

Acabamos de regresar de las vacaciones en este maravilloso hotel, muy recomendado, habitacion perfecta, buffet impresionante, servicio muy atento y rodeado de un bonito palmeral que parece que estás en un resort del Caribe, animación buena para adultos, para niños muy escasa. Repetiremos.
