Absolutamente lindo hotel em localização privilegiada !! Decoração muito elegante a partir do momento em que você entra. Não tive muita interação com a equipe, mas o check-in foi ótimo e tranquilo. Valeu a pena conseguir um quarto atualizado com a vista do Corno de Ouro, absolutamente incrível! A desvantagem, como outros revisores disseram, é extremamente barulhento, há muito tráfego abaixo e carros buzinando o tempo todo. Definitivamente preciso de um aplicativo White Noise e alguns tampões para os ouvidos, mas fiquei muito feliz com a vista. O quarto era muito espaçoso e bonito, piso de madeira, a cama muito confortável, até um menu de travesseiros.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in prime location!! Very classy decor from the moment you walk in. I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff, but check in was great and smooth. It was worth getting an upgraded room with the Golden Horn view, absolutely amazing! The downside, as other reviewers have said, it is extremely noisy, there is a lot of traffic below and cars blowing their horns at all hours. Definitely need a White Noise app and some earplugs but I was very happy for the view. The room was very spacious and beautiful, wood floors, the bed very comfortable, even a pillow menu.

I stayed here with my family and the hotel was lovely. The staff were wonderful especially Goksel who took care of our every need. The breakfast was also of a very high standard.

My fiance and I checked in at Rixos Pera and stayed 4 nights. We visited Turkey to have our civil marriage at the Istanbul municipality. The stay 2as very comfortable at the Rixos, and after our wedding we had dinner with friends who flew in to celebrate with us. We hosted the dinner at the Chapel restaurant which is part of the Rixos. It was a charming jazz night, the food was exquisite, and the service was spectacular. It is worth noting that we had a few hiccups with our personal arrangements for a few things, and the concierge Ugurcan was very helpful in arranging for balloons, cake, makeup artist, among many other details that helped make our dinner and stay charming and memorable. The Rixos management were also so kind and sent us a nice bottle of wine and chocolate cake to our room.

So many disappointments First impression: great location & lovely staff. The reality is that upon arrival we discovered that the rooftop was closed for renovations (except for breakfast) and that's why we'd booked the place. Many other hotels in the area are doing the same and have notifications at booking. This one didn't. The room was very spacious but smelled intensely of cigarettes. They used ozone to help reduce that while we were out. When we came back we tried to shower but it smelled of urine like a metro station. So strong it filled the room when we opened the shower door. We called reception and no one came for 30mins until we went down to get them. They cleaned it while we were out. We were gifted a €5 bottle of wine and some dessert to compensate. We ordered food from the adjacent restaurant and requested cutlery from the reception. 30 mins later there was still no cutlery for our then cold food and we had to call again. The cutlery they brought was dirty & sticky. Breakfast was ok, but the plates were constantly dirty. Covered in different foods. Their dishwasher must not be working well. Power went out at breakfast. Water ran out in the bathroom when I tried to brush my teeth before bed. The room was loud from the streets and had the view only of other windows so blinds were always shut. The bedding was rough. Two people tried to come into our room during our stay. One succeeded! We asked for late checkout and were told the entire hotel was fully booked. A quick check online showed this was a lie. The rest were training issues. Not having coffee in the room though they said there was. Not refilling tissues when they ran out. Wrapping charging cables so tightly they snapped... and some other things of that sort which wouldn't have been an issue had the rest not occurred. Simply not 5 stars, but the place could have the potential if management seriously steps it up. In reading other reviews I see others had a very similar experience and felt management didn't take them seriously or the staff tried to fool them. Maybe Accor will see the pattern.

The location is very good. But, the hotel itself is getting old, furniture, draps and aluminum all need repair or maintenance. The street in front of the hotel is always busy and car horns could be heard inside the room 24/7. And the staff was not very helpful.

Belo edifício. Hall de entrada estilo palácio, quartos espaçosos e decorados com bom gosto. Havia uma máquina de café cápsula no quarto, no entanto, eles cobravam 3-4 euros por cada cápsula usada. Isso parecia estranho para nós, pois muitos hotéis de 3 e 4 estrelas e até mesmo pousadas oferecem essa facilidade gratuitamente. Tivemos um quarto com vista para o Corno de Ouro de frente para a rua e era barulhento até meia-noite (sem janelas à prova de som, o que deve ser um padrão em um hotel de 5 estrelas em tal localização). Café-da-manhã foi bastante sub-padrão considerando qualidade e opções. Encontramos os sucos frescos para serem fermentados. O café da manhã era bem desorganizado, alguns funcionários não entendem inglês, você tem que repetir seus pedidos, pois eles tendem a esquecer o que você queria. O gerente se esforçou muito e pediu desculpas pela situação, mas ele não pode fazer tudo pela equipe mal treinada que ele tem.

Beautiful building. Palace-style lobby, tastefully decorated and spacious rooms. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, however they charged 3-4 euros for every capsule used. This seemed weird to us as many 3 and 4 star hotels and even B*Bs offer this facility for no charge. We had a Golden Horn-view room facing the street and it was noisy until midnight (no sound-proof windows, which should be a standard in a 5* hotel in such location). Breakfast was rather sub-standard considering quality and options. We found the fresh juices to be fermented. Breakfast was pretty disorganized, some staff do not understand English, you have to repeat your orders as they tend to forget what you wanted. The manager tried hard though and was very apologetic about the situation but he can't do everything for the badly trained staff he has.

Excelente hotel. La ubicación muy buena. Muy limpio. El personal bastante agradable. La decoracion de las habitaciones y de todo el hotel es exquisita. El desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Sin duda, totalmente recomendable.
