“In general it looks fine but except the food and the waiters service nothing is good. The rooms are so dirty and the housekeepers don’t do nothing except they change the towels and fill the minibar. The balcony glass is so dirty you barely can see the garden. The floor was never cleaned over my 6 nights staying there. The mos important thing is that if you have a problem at the hotel (live moving your bag from your sunbed) nobody gives you a solution even the menager but they say to you i cant do nothing. The waitwrs are friendly and smiley every time of the day. If you want a good hotel for vacation dont go there, because is full of little babies in every areas of the hotel including and dhe big pool. I dont recommend the beach because its not good, there are fishes that bites you. And the mos important thing you should choose a renovated room because the old ones are not good rooms to stay even for one night.”

“This was a wonderful, beautiful, huge resort. We have had an amazing time. Great service all along throughout the whole stay. Very friendly and helpful employees. We had great service also on the beach, yummy cocktails and great service. If you can’t find something delicious to eat, or something fun to do, it’s your problem, because there are different kind of activities that you can do. The service is phenomenal and staff could have better hospitality. But that’s something related to Turkish hospitality comparing to Egyptian hospitality, which I love it. Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. It was great and it really is a place to stay. We will definitely return and can’t praise Rixos enough for wonderful memories.”
