“I would like to commend Shangri-La Harbin for their impeccable service. Every employee I met from the check-in staff to the concierge and Horizon Club staff were very friendly and inviting. Any problems that I had was dealt with quickly in a kind and friendly manner. I was checked-in by Kit Koh who was very patient and friendly, Kit also helped me with changing my booking and payment information. I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting your city. I look forward to visiting your hotel if and when I return. Thank you.”
