“Overall We had a good experience during our staycation in Sangrila Surabaya. The staff in reception were very warm and helpful. He even gave me allowance to have late check out until 8 p.m. the room has been renovated and felt very clean and fancy. The only thing out of expectation was the size of executive room whcih feel smaller than I ever stayed few years ago. But then the receiptionist explained that it was because I have a hook room so it feels smaller but it's not. The swimming pool are amazing. The horizon club is also very cozy and so quiet that I could have e nice meeting with my clients. The only thing let me down was the breakfast. Not only the variety of the food are so limited but also was the quality of the food. I can understand the hotelier curently have big challenge in fighting with the running cost but I hope you guys don't reduce the quality of the food / service cause it will stick in customer's mind. But the rest are awsome and we loved it. Thank you”
