“Love this hotel. Beautiful lobby with huge waterwall ... the executive lounge floor has a great happy hour spread. Service at the lobby bar was great with great recommendations on available scotch. Also was lucky to be there during a Highland Park tasting event.”

“Room feels dusty and the children keeps coughing in the morning. Breakfast feels too much like a cantina. The coffee machines were never working (had to be refilled, or cleaned etc). Coffee is really so so, definitely not 5 star style. Breakfast food selection is wide but not very high quality. I would rather have less choice but better products. Waiting time was too long at the front desk. You have to open more counters One tap on a sink was leaking and the bathtub shower hear literally exploded when we turned the water on the first time, splashing a lot of water everywhere (I had to screw it back myself). Other than that location is good, nice view and mostly professional staff. Definitely not 5 star experience.”
