“This is a brilliant hotel. The staff is outstanding in the service. I stayed here for 3 nights. The reception staff and the security staff are very kind and helpful. This property has nice luxurious rooms with very good amenities that a traveller would need, including a bathrobe a comfortable bed, choice of pillows etc. there is a 55 inch led screen tv in the room and the breakfast buffet is lavish. There is a bathtub and good toiletries. I love this hotel and look forward to staying here each time I am in Basel Switzerland.”
