“O quarto era bom e foi ótimo ter um mini refúgio para o aniversário do meu marido. Mas, este hotel parece não ter ideia do que está acontecendo. Considere-se com sorte se a equipe da recepção atender sua ligação e puder responder à sua consulta. Além disso, tivemos uma cobrança aleatória no final que perguntamos, e a recepção nos disse para não nos preocuparmos, pois era apenas para despesas ocasionais e não iríamos realmente cumprir. No entanto, vimos que a cobrança foi de fato enviada para o nosso CC. Tivemos que ligar 10x apenas para retificar. O que estragou a experiência. Provavelmente não voltaria para ficar, mas a cobertura era adorável.”
