“This was hands- on the best hotel we have been to in Japan. The service is extremely good and professional. Every staff knows everything of everything and are super helpful. Not to mention that every member has probably studied abroad and speaks perfect english !!!
Food is good & rooms are amazing. The pool is super cozy. You can spend your entire stay at the hotel with no shame!!
The only thing is that we expected an access to a beach within the hotel when we booked - but anyway the weather wasn’t permitting. So it ended being the perfect choice for us!!”
