Rooms are chilly but thermostat works and the beds are firm. However the restaurant was GREAT and the staff FANTASTIC. Hotel staff are nice but the car valets give WONDERFUL Hugs and tip their hats. They were so CUTE and very GALENT.

The used car dealership of hotels. Everything here is extra WiFi is $10 a day paid and is extremely slow and only able to complete the most mundane internet task. Parking is $36 a night when you can find a valet attendant. This hotel does not clean very thoroughly and will not clean your room if you stay multiple nights. This particularLocation is Laughable and does the Westin name a great disservice.

Pésimo servicio, no ofrecieron estacionamiento sin autoservicio si tuve que pagar 36 por el valet y luego tuve que esperar más para que el valet encontrara mis llaves y que trajeran el auto, me dieron una tarjeta para llamar y fue inútil porque cuando fui a la recepción, el chico dijo que no funcionaba, ¿por qué repartirlo? El personal no fue acogedor Traté de estacionarme solo y el chico de la recepción se apresuró a cerrar el estacionamiento del garaje y dijo que no podía entrar para registrarme ... No recomiendo, esto es similar a unas vacaciones en definitivamente no vale la pena el dinero Lo único interesante es el vestíbulo, pero es solo un cebo.

Terrible service they didn’t offer self park si I had to pay 36 for valet and then I had to wait longer for the valet to find my keys and for them to bring the car they gave me a card to call and it was useless because when I went to the front desk the guy said that it did not work so why hand it out ?? Staff was not welcoming I tried to self park and the front desk guy rushed to close the garage parking and said I couldn’t come in to check in .. don’t recommend this is similar to a holiday in definitely not worth the money the only interesting is the lobby but it’s just bait .

Please note that my stay was during the pandemic.I stayed for only one night. Yes, my room was fine....nothing special at all....and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the front desk help....not unfriendly.....but not particularly helpful either. I was not able to park in the building and had to park at a nearby garage. Would not go back.

I’ve been to a few Westin’s and this was definitely the best that I’ve visited. The rooms are spacious, the room service is fast, and overall it’s a really comfortable experience.It’s not super instagramable, but the lobby is neatly organized. I didn’t visit the restaurant/ hotel attached to the bar, but I did go to the Thai restaurant across the street, which was delicious and very reasonable for the money.Overall, definitely it was great! I’d definitely stay again!

Este Westin tiene una instalación de reloj de madera muy atractiva justo en el medio del vestíbulo. Si visita, le sugiero que eche un buen vistazo e intente descubrir el mecanismo. Las habitaciones estaban, por supuesto, muy limpias y tranquilas. La opción de no tener servicio de limpieza se ofreció como medida de conservación. La comida servida en nuestro taller fue de muy buena calidad y saludable.

Esta es una excelente ubicación en Alejandría. El hotel y las habitaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y cómodas. Es como se muestra en el sitio web. El desayuno fue decepcionante. No hay mucha variedad y no estuvo a la altura de lo que esperábamos para Westin. También nos multaron por la cena. La misma decepción. Después de la primera mañana, elegimos salir a desayunar. Recomendamos lo mismo.

This is a great location in Alexandria. The hotel and rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. It like it shows on the website. The breakfast was disappointing. Not much variety and did not live up to what we expected for Westin. We also fined for dinner. Same disappointment. After first morning, we chose to eat out for breakfast. We would recommend the same.

This Westin has a very attractive wooden clock installation right in the middle of the lobby. If you visit, I suggest taking a good look and trying to figure out the mechanism. The rooms were of course very clean and quiet. The option to not have housekeeping was offered as a conservation measure. The food served at our workshop was very good quality and healthy.

La habitación olía a rancio, la cama cómoda dormía muy bien. El resto del hotel está limpio. El restaurante no era muy bueno para el desayuno, la comida era sabrosa pero porciones muy pequeñas por el alto precio. El servicio no fue muy bueno. Muy lento y no volví a comprobar. No considerará a Westin como un hotel de clase alta simplemente promedio.

Gran servicio y personal amable. Justo al lado de una estación de metro DC. El área es bastante tranquila, así que no hay ruidos del centro que pueda escuchar en DC propiamente dicho. Recomiendo alojarse aquí si estás visitando la ciudad!

NOT a "4 star hotel".Broken bathroom fixtures, mediocre AC that can't cool to anything under 70°F, and the most expensive, uninspired breakfast I've found in many years of globetrotting.Room was clean, but cable TV had a dysfunctional guide.Bathroom mirror was loose and wouldn't stay put, door stop was broken and there's mold stains on the shower curtain.There's also no pool at this overpriced hotel.You can find much better deals elsewhere around here with far better amenities and food.

Muy bonito lugar. Sin embargo, no hay piscina. La habitación era muy bonita y moderna. El lugar estaba muy limpio. Tenía la mayoría de las comodidades. El estacionamiento es adicional, pero nos dirigieron a un lote cercano que solo costaba $ 10 por día. Nos registramos y usamos el servicio de aparcacoches. Nuestro perro (que admite mascotas) le dijo al aparcacoches que guardara nuestro automóvil en la parte delantera, ya que nos íbamos a registrar una cena en la marca. Tuvimos un par de los cócteles artesanales de Mark, la margarita de la fruta del dragón, y la ginebra tónica The Mill House con la naranja crujiente, ambas excelentes. Para los aperitivos teníamos el atún pops crujiente asiático chamuscado fuera de la aleta amarilla genial, y una casa frotar las alas también es genial! Tienen 20 whiskys diferentes y 20 variedades diferentes de whisky escocés, una buena selección de cervezas artesanales y una excelente carta de vinos. Para la cena, tuvimos la gran presentación de los filetes chuletón y una excelente oferta. Luego salimos a recoger nuestro equipaje y subimos a la habitación. La habitación era fabulosa. Por la mañana, el parque para perros está justo al otro lado de la calle y es hermoso. Así que si estás buscando un gran lugar para hospedarte y el histórico Alexandria, ¡definitivamente es este!

Very nice place.No pool though.Room was very nice and modern.The place was very clean.Had most amenities. Parking is extra but, they directed us to a nearby lot that was only $10 a day.The whole area around the hotel is nice and there are plenty of places to eat.7 Eleven 2 blocks away incase you need something.Overall a very enjoyable experience.

We checked in used the valet parking grab our dog ( pet friendly) told the valet to hold our car at the front as we where going to check in then grab some dinner at the trade mark. We had a couple of the trade Mark craft cocktails the dragon fruit margarita, and The Mill House gin and tonic with the orange crisp, both excellent. For appetizers we had the tuna pops Asian crispy seared outside yellow fin great, and a house rub wings also great! They have 20 different whiskeys and 20 different varieties of scotch, a niceselection of craft beers and a great wine list, for dinner we had the ribeye steaks great presentation and excellent very tender. Then we pop back out got our luggage and went up to the room. The room was fabulous. In the morning the dog park is right across the street and it is beautiful. So if you're looking for a great place to stay and historic Alexandria this is definitely it!

One of the great Westin hotels in US. You can’t find a bad Westin. Amazing restaurants with delicious food although the food a little bit pricey. You will experience clean rooms, great restaurants and a different level of luxury in Westin

Great service and friendly staff! Right next to a DC metro station. The area is pretty quiet so no downtown noises you might hear in DC proper. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the city!

Room smelled stale, comfortable bed did sleep great. Rest of the hotel is clean. Restaurant was not very good for breakfast, food was tasty but very small portions for the high price. Service was not very good. Very slow and did not check back. Will not consider Westin as a high class hotel just average.

Nice hotel to stop and get a good rest. Excellent customer service willing to help you and answer questions that you may have. The entrance is clean and well-kept. Parking may be an obstacle unless you want to pay for valet parking.
