Participei da diversão no andar do terraço do restaurante yekta, embora o lugar seja lindo no final do verão, a ventilação é insuficiente. A comida não é ruim

I stayed one night here in July and a couple of weeks later I found out that they've charged me twice for the room. I'm guessing once when we checked in and second time via Booking.com. I've contacted the hotel several times since beginning of August and last they said that the accounting department was going to look into it. It's been approximately two weeks since then and no answer! Disappointed. Hotel is OK though. Edit: Thankfully Booking.com was supportive and I received my overcharge.

Em primeiro lugar, quando trocamos para o quarto, o quarto ficou nojento por causa dos anteriores, trocamos o quarto, gado ou coisa parecida, não tinha vidro, 1 vidro abre para a parede 😂😂😂

Nunca pague sem ver o quarto. Exceto por 2 irmãos mais velhos e um jovem carregador, os funcionários do restaurante são indiferentes, ignorantes e taciturnos. Com o dinheiro que paguei aqui, pude me hospedar em um hotel de alto padrão de qualidade. Hotel horrível 🤢🤮

I'm customer in this hôtel for years it' was very good and modern hotel but the last time i was not satisfied because the hôtel became very older and the worse thing is the morning breakfast it was not buffet and the same mediocre breakfast every day you must eat the same thing every day 🥴😪😔🤐🤮🤮🤢🤢!!!

I reserved for 3 days in this hotel and i paid my deposit as they ask for it then suddenly second day i am surprised that all my stuff unpacked and kept in their luggage room without asking or calling me and when i faced them they were so rude with me and they tried to bring peoples from out to hit me while i was calm and i was talking in very polite way i was felt so insulting. After I changed my hotel to anothe I figure out my wallet is missing in my baggage and when I called them by whatsapp they blocked me once they knew me, I reported to Police and they didn't do anything toward them too. Although i stayed at suite room but until 3AM I couldn't sleep because of their party on 7th floor. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

I reserved for three nights on the second day after I came back from the downtown I figured out that my stuff were out things were missing AirPods were stolen and my passport was still in the lock box and they checked me out without giving me a call. Front desk are very rude they were trying to get people from the street to punch me but I called my US Embassy and the police to protect me. Also the hotel is not quiet you will hear the street music plus they have inside club/restaurant that will not end until two to 3 o’clock in the morning. I don’t recommend you staying at this hotel at all

No me ha gustado la experiencia en el hotel. No tienen mapas turísticos de la ciudad, ni te facilitan información turística si la pides. El desayuno es muy sencillo y de no muy buena calidad (el pan es horrible), un día no me limpiaron la habitación, se descuidaron. La calle donde se encuentra está muy sucia. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, es de una categoría menor y tienen que mejorar mucho el servici.

This hotel has a lot of cons that outweigh the small list of pros. The pictures that are listed are certain deceitful and wrong. This is a very small and tiny hotel. Yes it is very close to taskim square however it is located in an alley which is on a very steep slope and filthy. Plus at night it’s quite creepy. So if you are older or a family steer clear of this hotel. The included breakfast was not worth it at all. It was the same plate everyday. Definitely not worth the extra cost that is added. The hotel room was extremely tiny and suffocating. My family would request it to be clean and when we came back they placed water bottles and just made the bed with nothing else being cleaned. None of the towels or blankets were replaced. Many other hotels had a seating area or something for the guest however since this was a small hotel they really had nothing to offer. We paid for boat tours and covid tests and each time the services were late and we had to wait 30 mins for them over the designated time. They didn’t think that we had other things to do. We had also requested round trip airport shuttle, which was confirmed however it never showed up. When we came to the hotel they just apologized like we were waiting for a while at least say that the shuttle service back to the airport is on them or something. And didn’t even confirm or ask if we needed it for the way back either. I had to find my own ride to the airport, which was kind of ridiculous since I requested shuttle service. The night staff is very nice. However, the receptionist in the mornings seemed to give me a off and sneaky vibe. For the price you are paying there are way better hotels located on the street. Save your coin and stay at other place. For the price it’s not worth it at all. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

Usamos primeiro o serviço de spa do grupo, depois descobrimos o restaurante com terraço, os funcionários do restaurante foram muito atenciosos e rápidos mesmo sendo o primeiro dia de abertura. Refeições, aperitivos, etc. também são bem-sucedidos. Mas não posso fazer os mesmos comentários sobre a área de spa, posso dizer que foi a pior que já passei até agora. O vestiário, que não foi devidamente limpo em condições de pandemia, é muito pequeno e realmente cheira mal. Se você é uma pessoa sensível a cheiros, não ficará satisfeito em estar lá. Eles podem abrir facilmente as fechaduras dos armários com outras chaves, e houve um problema de segurança a esse respeito. O senhor que só atendeu a reserva e cuidou de todo o processo foi simpático e bom no que faz. Considerando isso, eu digo para usar o spa. Como massagem, meu comentário é que eles não têm sucesso.

Nice clean rooms.. Classy.. Staff arranged for my 3am taxi to airport..walking distance to shopping, mosque and TONS of snacks/foods... Great stay!

Lovely spa and great massage. This was my second visit and I'll be back weekly. Friendly and professional spa manager and polite and nice massage ladies. 💯 Recommend! :)

Honestamente me pareció muy malo el hotel! Varias cosas que decir: 1. El desayuno es fatal... pocas opciones y todos los días es casi lo mismo. 2. Para gastos adicionales que tengas durante la estancia... como Lavanderia.. o adquirir algo en la piscinate exigen pagar de una vez y en efectivo.... y en euros... fatal! 3. Limpian la habitación y no revisan si algo tan elemental como el papel higiénico se acabó para colocar más.... no tienden la cama. 4. Por último ... queda en medio de una cuesta muy empinada ... es muy complicado acceder a sus instalaciones. 5. La primera noche nos acomodaron en una habitación supuestamente para dos personas pero difícilmente se podía cAminar... muy pequeña... tenía la puerta del baño dañada y olía a feo.En fin ... lo reservamos por que tenia 4 estrellas... pero difícilmente le pondría 3...Si hay algo bueno que decir...las zonas húmedas son bonitas y el personal es amable aunque no todos hablan inglés

Es un excelente lugar, con una muy buena ubicación, a media cuadra de la plaza Taksim. Pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, todas! Y el baño no es privado, está al lado de la cama y puede ser muy incómodo
