Adult Only Resort. No children under the age of 18 permitted. Must be 21 years of age to check-in. The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. “This place is magical. It's a complete getaway and it's so serene. The rooms are super cozy and not luxurious like other 5 star hotels we've been to but they're very comfortable and classy. The main pool area is fantastic - they have plenty of places to lounge and it was one of my favorite places to relax during the day. Thomas who works at the pool is THE BEST! He put so much thought into making our drinks special, he always checked in on us, and made us laugh! He was so much fun. The food was impeccable. They had a couple specials while we were there are they were to die for! I'd go back to this resort in a heartbeat and could rave about it all day. Everything about it was perfection.”

“Ventana é um lugar tranquilo e mágico para ficar! Sentimo-nos como se estivéssemos em um luxuoso acampamento para adultos. A propriedade é linda, com belas vistas para o mar e sequoias. Nós amamos ambas as piscinas e, especialmente, a impressionante piscina infinita. Há uma bela trilha para caminhadas ao redor da propriedade que é divertida de explorar e você pode caminhar até o restaurante por ela, que nós realmente gostamos. Cada refeição foi um verdadeiro mimo! A comida era deliciosa e as vistas do restaurante eram espetaculares. Nós somos madrugadores e amamos descansar no pátio do restaurante tomando café e assistindo o nascer do sol. O serviço foi maravilhoso. Todos os membros da equipe foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. O nosso quarto era bonito e espaçoso e a cama era muito confortável. Gostávamos especialmente de relaxar junto à lareira à noite, assando marmores. O ginásio é pequeno, mas bem equipado.
