The resort is a great retreat from the world. Rooms and restaurant are excellent. Weather could have been better, but that's not the resorts problem.

Tyler na recepção foi tão educado e prestativo! Ela me ajudou a pagar o quarto de hotel da minha mãe na noite de seu casamento. Ela também me ajudou a configurar uma comodidade e estender o quarto por mais uma noite. Eu recomendo o Waterstone devido apenas a Tyler. Espero que da próxima vez eu venha visitar a bela propriedade!

Tyler at the front desk was so polite and helpful! She helped me pay for my moms hotel room the night of her wedding . She also helped me setup an amenity and extend the room an additional night. I would highly recommend the Waterstone due to Tyler alone. Hopefully next time I will come visit the beautiful property!

Quando fiz o check-in. Fui para o meu quarto Para descobrir que não havia lacre de segurança na porta. Não é nada demais. Pego a chave de outro quarto. Adivinha o que nenhum selo. Claro que não entrei em nenhum dos quartos. Finalmente consigo um quarto supostamente limpo. Tudo bem até eu me levantar para tomar banho. Abro minha toalha. E um enorme tapete de cabelo nele. Farhan o gerente da recepção foi muito se desculparam. E prometeu acertar na minha próxima visita. Não fiquei infeliz com a minha estadia. Apenas desapontado.

O hotel abriu bem a tempo de acomodar a mim e aos convidados do meu casamento. Embora tenham acabado de abrir, eles não perderam o ritmo e garantiram que fôssemos atendidos. Que estadia fantástica com belas vistas! Mal posso esperar para voltar!

The hotel opened just in time to accommodate me and the guests for my wedding. Although they just opened, they didn't miss a beat and made sure that we were attended to. What a fantastic stay with beautiful views! I can't wait to go back!

When I checked in.I went to my room To find out that nosafety seal on the door.No biggie. I get a key to another room.Guess what no seal. Of course I didn't go into either room. Ifinally get a supposedly clean room.All good until I get up to take a shower.Iopen up my wash cloth.And a huge mat of hair on it.Farhan the front desk manager was very apologetic.And promised to make it right on my next visit.I wasn't unhappy with my stay. Just disappointed.

Resort encantador com excelentes vistas das vias navegáveis costeiras ... especialmente a partir do 10º andar. O serviço foi bom e os funcionários foram respeitosos. O jantar foi bom e saboroso. A área de entrada estava congestionada e apertada e o estacionamento parece desafiador, portanto, o serviço de manobrista é essencial aqui, o que foi rápido e eficiente. No geral, um resort encantador, perto do coração do centro de Boca Raton. Excelente local para eventos de grupo e grupos especialmente grandes.

Lovely resort with great views of the intercoastal waterways...especially from the 10th floor. Service was good, and employees was respectful. Dining was good and tasty. Entrance area was congested and tight and parking looks challenging, so Valet service is a must here, which was fast and effecient. Overall alovely resort, close tothe heart of downtown Boca Raton. Excellent venue for group events and especially large groups.
