“The Paradisus is a wonderful property. Incredible service, great pools, beach and activities. The staff is uniformly kind, friendly and service oriented. The buffet food is great. The restaurants are mixed- some good, some not good. I would hope management would work on improving them. A highlight of our trip was our concierge, Yaleidi Sims. She is such a lovely person and so efficient and helpful. She made our trip incredibly special. Ask for her!!”

“This review is for the hydro grill only and my experience there. The restaurant was nice, very good service and the portions were generous. The servers Ulisis and Kelvin were great and attentive through out the meal. They took care of the food restrictions our dining party had and went out of their way to ensure everything was correct. You could tell they enjoyed their job and interacting with the guests.”
