The waiters were really bad, they look like tired and no attitude for attending people. I would work in the personal clothing and style. Honestly is really expensive (165 K COP) for an "all you can eat" but it does't worth it because you will be full with two dishes and the cocktails are not that good and anyways will take hours to the waiters to give you the cocktails. The place doesn't feel that premium. I would not recommend the "night brunch".

The hotel is beautiful, the amenities are plentiful and in great condition, location is great, employees are always pleasant and helpful particularly during the Friday night Linner event, and food at the restaurant and for breakfast was great. Only one point that was off putting, after breakfast every table is handed a bill to sign for the tip and while the service is good the breakfast is a self serve buffet with minimal service so it seems strange to chase tables down to bill them for a tip, particularly at a 5 star hotel that includes a customary tip that’s already added onto the hotel checkout bill, many tables seems confused by this at breakfast. This is not to say that you shouldn’t tip, but I would hope that the hotel is paying the employees well enough so that they don’t need to depend on tips at every interaction with guests.

We booked a Marvelous Suite for 2 nights. The staff at the front desk were fantastic! Very professional and helpful. The rooms themselves were fine and bed was comfortable. The only issue was that we were informed on the second day that there was to be an overnight electricity cut and that there would be no power in the hotel from 11pm to 6am. We had an early departure for the airport so no electricity was going to be a problem so we had to change hotels for our last night. We would have liked it if they could have told us in advance as this really disrupted our visit to Bogotá and we ended up going to the airport the evening before.

My wife and I stayed four nights through the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts program and could not have been happier. The entire staff was friendly and oh so accommodating. The room was clean and very well appointed. The restaurant provided an excellent and very fair priced breakfast which we enjoyed daily. Had to leave for the airport before the restaurant opened on our last day but the front desk happily had great breakfast boxes waiting for us upon checkout. Bogota is a great city with many options for hotels but we'll gladly frequent the W now every time we're in town!

Best place to stay in Bogotá! Everything is great, but what makes this place amazing is the people who work here. The staff take into account all my preferences and are always happy to help. They give me suggestions of places to go, remember I am a vegetarian and help me with anything they can. Besides they are always super helpful and lovely to talk to! Thank a lot everyone I super appreciate it!

Our entire experience was incredible, from the welcome to the warm staff and effort that was put into every detail. The hotel is a beautiful property, it's one of my favorite W's ever! The food and restaurant are amazing!!! I highly recommend! I can't wait to come back!!!

I wanted to try something else this in Bogota and booked the W for three nights. Everything was quite ok until the checkout that was shambolic. Somehow the rate had increased 10% from the time the booking was made (day or two before checking in) and check out. Two out of three checks that were added to the folio were incorrect. Both of these issues were fixed. It is now month of the stay and the hotel still has failed to post it to my Marriott Bonvoy account. Unbelievable level of incompetence.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’ve been to many 5 star and high end hotels across the globe and I have to say that W bogota is by far the best one. The staff is amazing.

A beautiful hotel in Bogotá. We only get to spend one night there but our experience was not the best. We arrived to the hotel around 9:30 pm and the reservation was ready. We asked front desk to see if it was possible to go eat something at their restaurant and the say yes. We went to our room to leave our things, then we went to the restaurant and it turns out they had their famous brunch night. The food looked amazing but we decided to just have a la carte menu. Our waiter took forever to take our order. He brought water but only one glass, ten minutes later we brought the second glass and took the order and gave us a piece of bread with some dipping, 30 minutes later we waited for our food but never came, the waiter never came back to check on us and we never saw him again. We went back to our room and call the receptionist and told him what happened. The reception said they will bring the food to our room in 5 minutes. They did brought it fast but the food was cold and not very well made. Our room had everything that we needed and more! The bed was amazing and the view was wonderful. If you stay there go eat somewhere else, the restaurant service is not the best.
