“I had reserved the whirlpool suite at this location, but arrived later that evening after our visit to Universal to find it was unavailable.
They hadn't called us earlier in the day to make us aware of this issue and the room change, depriving us of the ability have them cancel the reservation and of the time to look elsewhere. It was simply left as a surprise for us at check-in.
They simply put us in a standard room, with no accommodations offered to make up for the shortfall, and a meager ~$10 discount.
Long story short, we weren't happy.
As for COVID procedures, the room was spotless. I will give them that.”
