O hotel em si é muito bonito, com uma arquitetura interna que lembra vagamente a de Casa Pueblo, no Uruguai. Há bastante chá e folhas de coca na recepção. Está situado em uma localização excelente, perto da Plaza de Armas.A única ressalva é: não se hospede nos quartos da parte da frente.Na primeira noite foi impossível dormir. Não aceite quartos que dão para a rua: além do péssimo hábito que os motoristas de Cusco têm, de buzinar a qualquer hora do dia ou da madrugada, há um bar / casa noturna na mesma rua do hotel, e a algazarra vai até as 5 da manhã.No dia seguinte, o pessoal do hotel trocou nosso quarto, e foram extremamente gentis. Pediram muitas desculpas, e nos colocaram em um quarto com faixa de preço superior. A gerente do hotel foi muito simpática e atenciosa, infelizmente não lembro o nome dela.

Friendly, close enough to the central plaza. Rustic traditional interiors. On the cold side in winter so you’ve got to be familiar with the old plug in electric heaters. Breakfast was brought up to your door because of COVID. Nice central area to hang out downstairs and not bad views from some rooms.

Cuando viaje a Peru para visitar Machu Picchu, me quede dos noche en Cusco una antes ir hasta Machu Pichu y la otra noche de regreso para recuperarme del paseo. Es un pueblo muy agradable, bonito, historico y nuestro hospedaje fue en este hotel. El staff realmente muy amigable y amable, nos ayudaron con varios temas con los problemas de la altura de unas de mis amigas. Se come realemente muy rico, de verdad que la comida en Peru es de las mejores, tambien se siente muy seguro caminar por las noches, nosotros eramos tres amigas viajando solas y siempre nos sentimos muy seguras. Cuando pase todo esto de la pandemia y pueda volver a viajar international este es uno de los lugares a los que quiero volver.

Pesimo medio dia esperando en recepción, personal no da información y permite que personal este aglomerado en recepción. A pesar que todos tratamos de mantener la distancia respectiva distancia .

Meus pais passaram a ultima semana do mes de junho nesse hotel, e chegaram falaram maravilhas, quantos excelente, atendimento excelente e fica bem perto de tudo. Eles já recomendaram para vários amigos nossos.

Wouldd give it 5 stars but the hot water wasnt really hot. I was under the weather a bit and was looking forward to a hot shower and was a bit let down. In the morning it was much better.

We stayed here 3 nights while in Cusco and were underwhelmed. We were looking forward to a small bite each morning at the free breakfast buffet but each morning the eggs were slimey, bread was stale and fruit tasted off (in a country where the fruit has been otherwise amazing everywhere else). The staff was fine but did lack English skills, so something to keep in mind. Check out is also at 8:30 am so be cognizant if you're hoping to sleep in. Our bathroom didn't have much ventilation which resulted in a strong mold smell. The beds were comfy enough but the sheets were dirty and the pillows had stains. There are only 2 outlets in each room, something to also keep in mind. Also our door had a 1/2 inch crack around the outside as if it wasn't cut for the door frame and you could see in a bit. If I were to come to Cusco again I would pay the extra bucks for the JW or go into this hotel with the mindset that it's only slightly nicer than a hostel.

O hotel é bom, apesar dos quartos serem um pouco pequenos. Ótima localização. Bom café da manhã, apesar de não haver boa reposição de itens. Porém estava em obras e tivemos grandes problemas com barulho, que só foi resolvido depois de muito desgaste na recepção.

Excelente ubicación cerca de la plaza de armas de Cusco. Muchos restaurantes alrededor y tiendas. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la atención es esmerada. Hay desayuno desde las 5 am lo cual es muy bueno ya que para los toursde curso te recogen muy temprano.

Hotel acogedor y muy bien ubicado en el mismo centro histórico y a 10 min caminando hacia la plaza de armas. Personal agradable y gentil. Precios razonables, es un 3 estrellas Standard con mucho que ofrecer. Las camas matrimoniales son algo pequeñas preguntar por las dimensiones.

This hotel is impressive, it has a lot of history within it's walls, the service is nothing less than excellent, the food is amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful, besides it's located on the center of the town. Really great experience.

The rooms on the street side are noisy all night. The service was very friendly, but their English language skills need improvement. Food at restaurant was better than average

Amazing hotel in such a great central location. Walking distance to city center, bars, restaurants and shops. 15 minute drive to airport! Kind hotel staff, clean rooms & great breakfast! Quick WiFi too!!

Good hotel for price. Not all rooms the same. Was there with a group. Quite quaint in style. Breakfast was fine. No water provided. Very central location which is the best thing about hotel. Twin rooms best. Double rooms some beds were 3/4. One friend had to go downstairs in her room to bathroom. Some had fridges and other coffee makes and some just kettle.

Receptionists are always helpful and smiling, cleaning staff was quick and did not miss a single detail.Rooms are clean and simple. I loved the blankets of typical colors of Peru. Heating was sufficient for the cold nights. Hot water was available at all hours.Breakfast menu was rich with fresh fruits and vegetables and beautiful decorations. Coffee was good too. For those who want to taste it, coca leafs are ready for making tea in the lobby next to dinning room.
