“I am beginning to regret my stay at your hotel apartment especially after having made confirmation before booking,I can’t fly in my family to visit me for holiday pay for the apartment and when i come I’m asked what time i am leaving,are you for the money or there to provide a service wch is value for money,now my whole quality time with my Children has been ruined and i am dreading everyday,I’m not going to mention the other problems I’m facing and getting contacts for management is a struggle this is highly unacceptable and wouldn’t recommend such a service neither would I return to such a service that has double standards better clarify all before booking not to say yes yes yes before booking and start bundling rules after payment,we where actually told to upgrade and did but why was the upgrade done if it serves no purpose i dread the coming 3 weeks if possible i would depart asap as this does not help me bond with my children”

“We had very bad experience in this hotel with my friends. The staff are unprofessional, inconsiderate,guest fell not welcome to visit there. They don't know what is customer service satisfaction. It's a worst experience instead we will enjoy and relax it give us stress.”
