“The hotel is very nice and close to universal. Also the staff was very helpful. Ed, Steven, & Micheal helped me with some school work even though they didnt have to. Very sweet men.”

“Was there to go to Universal. Had originally booked at a different hotel. Was there 10 minutes and left it was horrible. This place on the other hand, was cheaper and amazing. Very nice front desk staff. They always acknowledged you when you walked by, the room was clean, there are shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the shower. Microwave and fridge, coffee maker, nice big smart TV. Pool was nice but didnt use it. Wish the lounges stayed open pasted 10pm. Oh and I forgot my toothbrush and they had toothbrushes on request. Will Definately stay here again”
