“In the last 10 years we were always again in the Hampton Inn Orlando, everything was always very good and as expected.
In March (03/18/22) we booked two rooms for one night again - since we come from Germany, we no longer like to drive to Holmes Beach in the evening. Due to a technical circumstance our flight had to be diverted to Chicago, the onward flight then to Orlando at 04:30 AM. It would have made little sense to drive there for another hour. Called the Hotel and asked for a goodwill solution - unfortunately they did not want to help. Rules are rules - too bad !!!! Will probably soon book somewhere else.
