“Muito bom ! O receptivo foi muito agradável , foi minha quarta vez aqui em Lisboa e estou querendo voltar mais e com certeza vou ficar nesse hotel. Os quartos são fantásticos e toda a deco do hotel, o ar condicionado muito silencioso nota 10 tudo !!!!”

“The hotel is modern and updated, located down the street from the main shopping area and a 20 minute walk away from the old town. The rooms are spacious and reasonably clean. The only problem was during check-in. Check-in was supposedly at 3pm, but at 2:40pm, I was told that my room was not ready and again at 3:10pm. Apparently, the guest before had checked out late and therefore, I would have to check-in late as well. This was disappointing as I had booked through Expedia, which also stated that the rooms would be vacant 24 hours between guests for enhanced COVID procedures. Although the front desk told me that I would have to wait another 30 minutes before I could get my room, I requested to be put in another room. Thankfully, they were able to figure it out.”
