El servicio de la recepción les hace falta un poco de atención al cliente, lo que hizo nuestra estadía 100% Mejor fue el servicio que recibimos de parte de Juan Carlos el mesero que nos atendió junto a la alberca. Os quartos eram básicos. A área da piscina era ótima. A hospitalidade recebida foi básica. 4 estrelas porque o manobrista e o lúpulo de sino foram ótimos, além disso, é fácil três estrelas

Muy bueno el lugar, en el check in se tardan horrible, hasta 2 horas para poder tener la habitación en temporada alta. Para el check out es rapidísimo. El agua caliente no es muy caliente La atención es buena y agradable, no tienen artículos de aseo si es que se te olvida algo.

Não havia estacionamento com manobrista e o estacionamento estava sempre cheio, tínhamos que atravessar a rua até o estacionamento (não o telhado do hotel). Não há controle sobre quem está na área da piscina e muitos não hóspedes usam as espreguiçadeiras (também algumas espreguiçadeiras) e toalhas e não o suficiente para os hóspedes. O bom do hotel é que os quartos são espaçosos, a comida é deliciosa. Os elevadores são muito lentos. Bom atendimento da equipe.

O hotel é bom, bonito e moderno, só pedimos um quarto duplo, e eles nos deram um quarto para duas pessoas e um berço separado para a terceira pessoa, que não é o que pagamos. Mais tarde, no quarto, começou a sair água de uma parede quando tomamos banho, relatamos o problema e eles disseram que nos mandariam para manutenção mas nunca vieram, até que tivemos que falar novamente para que eles viessem e corrigi-lo. Saímos e não sabíamos se eles consertaram (porque demorou 7-8 horas para sairmos, dissemos a eles que eles iriam esperar a gente sair, já que sairíamos no dia seguinte). Quando se tratava de ir à piscina e à praia, eles nunca tinham toalhas limpas, sempre nos faziam esperar horas para pegar as toalhas. Por fim, o hotel diz que tem praia, mas é um pedacinho onde as ondas chegam à costa e você não pode nem colocar suas coisas no chão porque se elas não molharem e o mar as lavar, quase demora meus chinelos. Mas nem tudo é ruim, o atendimento dos garçons da piscina e do restaurante foi excelente, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos, e o hotel sempre foi muito agradável e muito limpo. :)

Está bien el hotel, bonito y moderno, solo que pedimos una habitación doble, y nos dieron una habitación para dos personas y un catre aparte para la tercer persona, lo cual no es por lo que pagamos. Después en el cuarto empezó a salir agua de una pared cuando nos bañabamos, reportamos el problema y dijeron que nos mandarían a mantenimiento pero nunca llegó, hasta que tuvimos que volver a hablar para que fueran y lo arreglaran. Nos fuimos y no supimos si lo arreglaron (porque se necesitaba de 7-8 horas que estuviéramos fuera, les dijimos que se esperarán a que nos fuéramos, ya que nos íbamos al día siguiente). A la hora de ir a la alberca y playa, nunca tenían toallas limpias, siempre nos hicieron esperar horas para poder agarrar toallas. Por último, el hotel dice que tiene playa, pero es un mini pedazo donde las olas llegan hasta la orilla y no puedes ni poner tus cosas en el piso porque si no se mojan y se las lleva el mar, a mi casi se lleva mis sandalias. Pero no todo es malo, el servicio por parte de los meseros en la alberca y el restaurante fue excelente, todo el personal muy atento y amable, y el hotel estaba muy lindo y muy limpio siempre. :)

No había valet parking y el estacionamiento siempre lleno, teníamos que cruzar la calle al estacionamiento (no techado del hotel). No hay control sobre quién está en el área de la alberca y muchas personas que no son huéspedes usan los camastros (también hay pocos camastros)y las toallas y no hay suficientes para los huéspedes. Lo bueno del hotel es que los cuartos son espaciosos, la comida rica. Los elevadores son muy lentos. Buen servicio del personal.

Servicio lento y no cumplen lo que prometen. Desde que hice mi reservación les comenté que tenia una junta a las 12:45 en el día que tenía que hacer mi check out me dijeron que el check out lo podía hacer a las 2 y que no había problema, al llegar el dia y las 12, marcan a mi habitación para que ya baje hcerlo, 😡😡😡’. Total reserve una habitación doble y me dieron una sencilla el baño de la habitación 610 esta muy mal diseñado, se inundo todo el piso y se salió a la habitación y casi al pasillo. Se mojó todo marque para pedir que fueran a secar y a limpiar y tardaron 2 horas y cuando fueron dejaron todo sucio Por otro lado, las ventanas muy sucias!! Ni se puede ver nada, llenas de arena, y no se podian abrir, el aire acondicionado no regula la temperatura, muy frío!! Al igual que otro comentario que leí por aquí, primera y última vez que me quedo en este hotel

Sinceramente, eu esperava mais por causa dos comentários e 4 🌟 classificação do hotel, mas fiquei desapontado. O nosso quarto era muito pequeno; o banheiro parece que precisa ser reformado, as paredes tinham marcas de derrapagem e os corredores têm carpete e parecem desatualizados. Na minha opinião, não está à altura do preço. A piscina estava ok, mas chegamos em um domingo e estava explodindo com pessoas em todos os lugares. Eu esperava que o hotel fosse um pouco mais exclusivo. A vista é linda e a localização também.

Atendimento lento e péssimo!! Não cumprem o que prometem. Nos foi atribuído um quarto para deficientes, mas o chuveiro era muito mal projetado porque todo o piso do banheiro estava inundado. A maioria das toalhas ficou molhada. Por outro lado, janelas muito sujas!! Ar condicionado não regula a temperatura, muito frio!! Eles prometeram secar o banheiro e colocar toalhas,,, eles não fizeram nada!!! Primeira e última vez que venho a esta rede de hotéis!!!

Las habitaciones carecen de limpieza, los vidrios de los balcones están sucios, la regaderas tienen moho, las cortinas black out tienen hoyuelos, las camas super incómodas, les hacen falta colchones nuevos, los camastros de la piscina muy viejos, sin mencionar que hay cucarachas. Lo único bueno es el spa, los masajes son lo mejor!

Servicio lento y pésimo!! No cumplen lo que prometen. Nos asignaron cuarto de discapacitados, pero la regadera muy mal diseñada pues se inundo todo el piso del baño. Se mojaron casi todas las toallas. Por otro lado, las ventanas muy sucias!! Aire acondicionado no regula la temperatura, muy frío!! Prometieron secar el baño y poner toallas,,, no hicieron nada!!! Primera y última vez que llego a esta cadena de hoteles!!!

I was honestly expecting more because of the reviews and 4 🌟 rank of the hotel, but I was disappointed. Our room was very small; the bathroom looks like it needs to be remodeled, the walls had skid marks on them, and the hallways have carpet and look outdated. In my opinion, it's not up to par for the price. The pool was ok, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was exploding with people everywhere. I was hoping the hotel would be a little more exclusive. The view is nice and the location as well.

It was a horrible stay. I came for a wedding organised at the hotel. Stayed for 4 days. Got a room on the last floor, where it took on average 20 minutes to have hot water to shower. Every morning we got waken up by an engine on the roof that stayed hours running. The air-conditioning was not working had to stay in a room with an average temperature of 26.5⁰??? Pool towels were not available after 12 and asked 3 times to get some where they said they would bring us 10 min, later never happened went all wet back to the room. And at the wedding there were no plates for the wedding cake? We had to go ask at the reception to then get paperboards ???

Tive uma experiência muito agradável durante a minha estadia. A equipe é muito simpática. A vista do quarto era incrível e era muito limpo. Na primeira noite tive um problema com o chuveiro que foi resolvido muito rapidamente. definitivamente recomendaria este hotel.

The hotel is really good in terms of quality of the equipment and facilities. The main reason of this 1 star review is because I had an awful experience on a Saturday night. They allow celebrations on the top floor, the 18th floor. I was staying on the 17th floor and the noise of the music was just unbearable. There was a wedding and the noise of the music and people partying made my stay a pain in the neck. If there is such an event in the hotel, sleeping is impossible.

I had a really nice experience during my stay. Staff is very friendly. Room view was amazing and it was very clean. The first night I had an issue with the shower that was fixed very quickly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The service was on the level of a Ritz-Carlton. I’ve stayed at many resorts and have never had the level of service we received here. The food was amazing, room service every day. The ocean side view was spectacular! The pool was very clean and servers there were very attentive. They had a lifeguard on duty at the beach access point. We had no problem getting beach chairs when we wanted to lay by the ocean. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back !
