“The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Our initial contact with the valet employee did not sit well with us. Very chaotic and busy and the man was clapping his hands at people as if he was irritated. After expressing our dislike for this, he apologized and we were directed to the front desk to check in. After that one (and only) episode, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was great. The staff was great. We received complimentary drinks to celebrate a special occasion and we had no issues with obtaining our rental car for the entire trip (we did use their valet service after some consideration with our initial encounter). The hotel is immaculate. I am very curious about the adjoining Hilton that you also have access to. After walking the grounds, it also looks like a wonderful place to stay. I do plan on staying again in the future. Thank you for a very memorable stay Waldorf.”

“Mala atención del personal. Te cobran extra el agua de cortesía, servicio de shuttle, golf, valet parking y muchos otros servicios aunque no uses los mismos. Y te lo hacen saber en el check out. Nadie nos informo en el check in. No tiene frigobar.”
