Excelente hotel, principalmente o restaurante Frevo. Fomos em julho de 2018. No restaurante fomos atendidos pelo Chef de cozinha Leonardo, umBrasileiro muito simpático que fez um churrasco maravilhoso... nota 10!

Excelente hotel tanto para parejas como para familias. Habitaciones grandes y con todo lo necesario. Personal excelente, súper amables, alegres, cordiales. Gran variedad de comida en el buffet. Los restaurantes del hotel también excelentes!Servicio de toallas, piscina para niños y área de juegos. Piscina solo para adultos. Tranquilo y súper limpio.

One of my favorite venues in Dubai At all times The spacious rooms. The beach and omg the landscaping and the multi pools alongside the beach are awesomeness at its very bestI think I counted 4 fine dining restaurants from Asian BA, to seafood and IndianElite choices, and was happy to try them all

Loved our 5 days there, great location, 5* service and atmosphere, truly felt like u were in a 5* hotel.Staff were superBuffet is definitely not worth £60 per person or a 5* selection and the private beach is much smaller than the pictures indicate and needs landscaping as the rocks and sand are rough.But the actual hotel and facilities and dervice are superb

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai.

Fantastic place. Very beautiful. But their water pressure freaking sucks. For the amount you pay, the pressure should be amazing. Everyone was nice and courtesy. Very clean and comfortable. Grounds were beautiful. Just fix the pressure.

I rate it better than the Atlantis. Of my 4 holidays in Dubai, this ranks 2nd. Superb food, wonderful staff, great rooms. I recommend it for a relaxing resort but also great on one side for families too. It only doesn't get a 5 because the service around the pools could be more attentive. Love it though and recommend it. Had a great holiday there

If you want to have the 2 stars hotel food, service and room at the ridiculously high price this is the place to go. Very low quality breakfast with rude staff who tell you you can’t sit outside because they are lazy to clean. The dishes smells. They charge you for Avocado!The food quality is low. Too bad that I canceled my breakfast package and made my own breakfast at room. The room dining food was very very bad. The bathrooms is overflowing with water after a shower . Very old furnishing and hotel smells bad. I had the worst experience at this hotel. I regret booking thisridiculously expensive hotel with very poor quality. Plz Don’t make my mistake!

Truly a 5* luxury hotel. The room is big and feels luxury, the staff are so attentive and helpful and the pool area/restaurants are amazing. Incredible views from the pool side of the hotel, out to the beach and sea with a skyline view. It really is the sort of hotel you dream of staying at for the most wonderful holiday. I think I've found the hotel I'll always stay at now when on the palm.

Blow fish!! Mind blown. Small corner at the Fairmont the palm. Love the feel. It takes you to a place so relaxing. Food is average but the way its made makes you sit there for longer and enjoy the drink as you watch the pool side. Very nice place to enjoy the weather. The dessert was really good!!

Nice staff, great facilities. Have tried most workouts and the beach. Love it. I liked how staff brings cooling towelettes on the beach at midday. Made a bit difference. I would suggest seating adults on the beach a bit separately from families with young children only because when I’m here alone I want a break from all the noises that come with kids, though nothing against them being there. But especially since staff help you find a spot, seating lone adults a couple of rows away from families that are already there makes a big difference. Didn’t move so as not to offend the family. I appreciate that they don’t get a break. Edit: added photos

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Family friendly hotel. 2 hrs of kids club for free every day. Pools are great. Separate adults only pool. Over the road you have the golden mile mall. Restaurants are great but can be expensive if you pay as you go. The beach has plenty of sunbeds with shade. The water was nice and warm like a bath tub. The sand is a bit rocky. The rooms are nice and spacious. We had a king size bed in the room and an extra single bed and there was still plenty of space.
