“I didn’t stay in this hotel, just stopped in for a coffee break thought it’s a beautiful hotel with high end decorations, would thought the coffee or the snacks would be good. My coffee order wasn’t taken properly. Coffee was average. The worst bit was the cookies which was really hard to eat. The waiter told me they usually keep the cookies for two days before changing them - it felt it was kept for more than two days. The chocolate fondue was probably the only want that I would say gave me a bit wow factor. Overall, didn’t think the bar services in the hotel were that great.”

“Check in service was like no other hotel I've stayed in, it was easy with text book customer focus. We stayed in a new York loft style room with spa, heaps of room to swing a cat with a great balcony and view over the casino. We will recommend and be back ourselves. We'll done!”
