“Check-in was terrible because of the crowd. Waiting crowds at the lobby, long lines, screaming children & crying babies for about 30 minutes before I can finally check in. Came on time at 2pm for full experience but had to wait for 30 minutes ~ 40 minutes before finally getting in my room. Appreciate the tidbits that MO has offered but I prefer you compensate my 30 minutes better.Checking out was another issue. The staff attending me at the counter was SNEEZING!!! This is unacceptable back in the old norms, what more during this pandemic? Sneezing and snorting throughout my check out process. I was very uncomfortable.Room wise- okay. Everything was okay (tho looks old) but you got what you paid for - nice view of KLCC (for my room), comfy beds and excellent housekeeping service. One minus point - please change your shower gel, it smells terrible!”
