The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived at the hotel. Checking in was an easy process. The room was very nice and comfortable. The amenities in the room was perfect. The gym was excellent for a hotel. I am satisfied. The location is not far from central London and there is a short walk from the underground station.

Hotel has recently been updated. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Electrical outlet on US voltage and USB outlets. Bathroom nice. Staff were helpful. Free internet if you join Marriott Rewards. Good location for us near tube on Jubilee line. Nice buffet breakfast but it wasn't included in our rate.
