“Stayed for an extended weekend before the end of the year in 2021. The holiday decorations were beautiful and had me all sorts of giddy. Rooms were tidy, beds cozy and heated tile floors in the bathroom were SUPERB! I was mostly excited about that, I think? I would have liked a smart-tv to cast streaming services onto for the evening when I was winding down but that was not a huge deal. The robes were pleasant, a bit stiff and scratchy but still nice. Loved the Keurig in the room too. The parlor was nice with great service. All in all a nice place and I honestly cant wait to go back.”

“What an outstanding experience. The entire staff is very attentive and so courteous. Our best experiences were with the dining room staff, They were always there for anything you needed. Everyone from the reservationist to the doorman ,exhibited old fashioned customer service. There was never a question they couldn't answer and it was always done professionally and with a smile. Maybe because it was holiday time but, we have never enjoyed a stay in NYC any more then we did this one!”
