“The location of this hotel, the lobby and the restaurant area, the spa and the gym are all perfect for the price that you pay for this hotel. You cannot ask for more to be honest. The problem is with the rooms. I do not know for sure but our room has a huge glass that shows the inside of the bathroom. It might be a pleasant experience if you are visiting with your significant other, however if you are like me and visiting Mallorca for business and staying with one of your colleagues, then it doesn't make much sense.”

“There was an air conditioner issue in our room but it was quickly resolved and the manager Veronica went above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Very professional and polite staff. Amazing food and rooms. The pool area is very nice and they have a full bar. Overall a very great hotel.”
