“I want to express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Belmond. My daughters and I were on a trip "of a lifetime" celebrating their birthday and our Belmond stay was well beyond expectations. The staff was wonderful to work with! All were very attentive and courteous and very efficient in responding to our needs as well as insightful knowledge to anticipate our needs before we did! Thus, the staff was very proactive in assuring our stay was the absolute best. And it was!!! A special thanks to Carlos, Daniel, Miguel, Jimy and all the waitstaff, whose names I do not have, provided excellent service. A true 5 star experience!!!!! Thank you!!”

“It is really nice historic hotel. Though I a little bit annoyed with all those old pictures, but still I enjoyed this hotel. Located just minutes away walking to the center of the city. The best part of this hotel is their yard which is beautiful. Rooms are quite big and they served delicious breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to other people”
