“For expensing my hotel stay I needed a bill with my company’s address on it. I’ve asked for this during check in (no problem!), checkout (we will send it tomorrow via email), wrote two reminder emails with no answer, tried to call and was hung up on. Now I can not expense my work trip and am loosing money.
The breakfast options are very poor and the rooms aren’t great. At check in I had to wait around 30 minutes until my room was ready, even though I arrived in the evening, when rooms should be ready. Very unsatisfied with this place”
