We stayed at Harrah’s on the Strip December 4-8, 2022. We stayed in a Mountainview room with a King bed, facing north, overlooking the roof of the casino. So, not much of a view…! We had booked daily housekeeping, but on the second day no one came. When we got back to the hotel that evening, we had to call down for more towels which were brought up quickly. Other than that, our stay was good. The room was clean and newly renovated. I found it a bit odd that the only closet was in the washroom, so we had to hang our sweaters and jackets beside the shower. Also, there was no vent in the bathroom. The Fulton Street Food Hall food court in the lobby had good breakfast options every day, and we had great pizza there one day for lunch. Staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, no matter how busy they were - and they were always quite busy. The hotel is in a great location on the Strip with a bus stop right out front although we walked most of the Strip from there. We had an enjoyable stay. Thanks Harrah’s!

We just love Harrah's! Rooms are always clean, service is outstanding, location on strip is great. Unlike a lot of casinos where it takes you forever to get out, Harrah's drops you right on the strip in the middle of it all. Awesome food choices, you could literally stay here all day and not leave. Entertainment is amazing as well... especially the Piano Bar (which is free)! The staff from front desks, players clubs, dealers, and bartenders always treat us so well. When we come to Vegas it's Harrah's for us.

Stayed here recently after researching more affordable hotels that were still clean and comfortable. I stayed in a mountain view room and the room was very clean and updated. There is a lighted vanity in the main room for applying makeup. No fridge or microwave. Bathroom has a large lighted mirror as well. Beds were comfortable enough. I did not spend any time in the casino or interior food options, though they are impressive and varied. CONS: Shower has no real door so it is chilly and water gets out. Check in is via machine that does not work very well (could not scan my standard Texas license) and the employees were reluctant to help. PROS: Updated, clean, comfortable. Door had multiple security measures. Never waited long for an elevator. Close to the LINQ promenade, Monorail, and rather centrally located on the strip. All in all I would stay here again!

Rooms are very pretty on the surface. Recently "renovated"... But once you start to focus and pay attention, it's not all too great. A budget property that isn't really maintained. Ice machine on our floor was broken and didn't seem like it had worked for months. Heat spots in the hallways, AC in the room was barely blowing air even with the highest setting. I peeked in the vent and saw the filter hadn't been changed since BEFORE the pandemic started in 2019. Room was dusty and some plugs are loose. Most of my family stayed in multiple rooms and had the same issues if not worse. In one of them it smelled very musty and in another one it smelled like sewage. One of my family members holds Diamond Plus status. We were trying to get a hold of a host to order limo service and we kept getting hung up on. We weren't sure if it was the connection or what because we were being very nice. Host wasn't all that nice though. We tried booking for the time he said was available and said he will call us back because they're having issues with the computer. Well hours pass and he said the time isn't available and wouldn't be available until 4 hours later. Something tells me he forgot and left us in a reminder notebook somewhere and tried again when he remembered. Didn't go above and beyond at all. For holding Diamond Plus we'd expect some sort of customer service. Needless to say we had a horrible experience here with just the rooms alone. We all agreed to never come back. Oh and doorless showers??? Weird.

The Donny Osmond show was excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. However, they are short staffed. Registration or checkout staff were non-existent and you were required to use the machines. I was there 4 days and not once was able to get drink service at the machines. There is no place where you can sit down for a moment, unless you are in a restaurant, at a machine or gaming table. We had requested a room with a view of the strip, but were located on the opposite side of the hotel. We requested an accessible room. There were no bars in the shower and barely room for the scooter inside the door. No room to move the scooter beyond that point. Electric outlets were under the tables, not easily accessible. There were outlets in the side of the night stand, but plugs were so loose your cords fall out. Lighting on makeup mirror didn't work.

Monorail passa lá. Ah uma dica é que o caixa eletrônico daqui dá certo em todos os bancos do brasil. Aproveita pra tirar uma fotinha em umas estátuas de um casal bem engraçada que tem no meio do casino

Com certeza o ponto alto é a localização do hotel! Excelente!! Pontos ruins: hall do Cassino com muuuuito cheiro de cigarro, entrei em quase todos os cassinos de Vegas e o do Harras é o q tinha o cheiro mais forte! Além do cheiro do cigarro tem um cheiro forte de algum produto q eles passam p tentar melhorar o cheiro, depois de alguns dias esse cheiro vai ficando enjoativo. Os corredores dos apartamentos apresentam um tapete com aparência de velho, e as vezes com cheiro de mofado.. O apartamento em si estava bem conservado, não me arrependo de ter ficado lá, mas não recomendaria esse hotel p quem tem aversão a cigarro ou p qm tem problemas respiratórios

Ok accommodations. Not my favorite of places. It was centrally located which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Even though I was a diamond rewards member, my ‘upgraded’ room didn’t feel so upgraded. No coffee maker and no refrigerator. All the restaurants and cafes were way overpriced. We got a deal through Apple vacations, so I suppose you get what you pay for. I don’t plan to stay to here again, in the future.

Nothing really bad to say but nothing really good either. The rooms are clean the staff is nice the casinos average no refrigerators and most of the rooms but they will give you one. I came here for Old times sake but I think I will go back to the more modern places

Check in was fast and easy (kiosk) upgraded to a better 2 queen room. View of the strip. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Shower head was like a rain shower. Pool was open and not crowded yet. Friendly staff. Would stay there again

The room was very nice.The view was terrible.On the fifth floor and had no view other than a staircase.It surprises me that there are no fridges in these rooms.Customer service was very great each time I interacted with them.Wifi worked well.Cell reception good.I would leave three and a half stars if I could.

Check in was smooth we received directions on how to get to our room. We got a double bed, opposed to the one large bed we wanted. We were able to get it changed the next morning. The water pressure in the 1st room's shower was terrible, but better in the second. We got locked out of our twice in 3 days and had to go back to the service desk both times. Once because the door lock activated it was slightly broken, the second the key stopped working. The walls are thin, there is no fridge, microwave or smart TV in the room. We had a distant view. Harrah overall good location and fairly price. The casino, shops and restaurants were nice. Definitely staying elsewhere for our next Vegas trip.

Great room decor and clean bedding for a great experience. Entertainment and fair gaming was exceptional. Food establishments provided quick access and superb customer service! Food was fresh and many varieties of sandwiches and hot food to choose from. 5+

Check in was weird. I show up and a lady point to the Check in machine and says good luck. It isn't a fluid check-in but I figured it out. Then not been there before, how do i get to my room. Frustrating start without personal check-in for a new guest. Room was good for the price. Loud hotel! With this experience, I will try a new hotel next time.

I usually enjoy staying at Harrah’s. It is located in a great spot on the strip. Right now, the rooms are inexpensive. The Oyster Bar in Harrah’s is delicious also. I also enjoy the smoothies at Fulton Court. Make sure you add extra fruit in your smoothies.

Good place to spend some time and fun. I like the pizza cake place. The slice is huge. They also have a cake ATM outside to buy cake slices. Too funny. I had a good night there tonight.

Un hotel de categoría moderado, lo mas importate es su casino, con una variedad de Slots mejor que la de otros de la zona. La ubicación a mitad del Strip de Las Vegas es lo mejor. Precios muy accesibles.

Arrival experience was a bit frustrating. We got there at 8pm which I made the hotel aware of that morning that I’ll be arriving late due to the drive from phoenix. They reassured me everything would be fine. I get there to be greeted by a woman saying use the kiosk. The kiosk says it will email me once my room was ready. My husband who drove 4hrs wasn’t happy about waiting until god’s knows when for our room to be ready. I asked the lady why am I waiting... she said King size rooms go fast and it isn’t ready but she could give me a double bed room. Sleeping separately wasn’t in our plans but I knew my husband was tired and hungry so I took it, feeling like we had no choice. The room was clean and beautiful. We had fun and forgot about the room situation. I was in love with the mirror and sliding bathroom door. A mini fridge would’ve been nice.

I will be staying here again. The rooms are really nice and posh. Staff is decent and polite as well. Their late check out fee is reasonable too. Check out was to be 11am but we got free till 12noon and charged 25 dollars till 2pm. Other hotels charge higher for late check out fee... Overall good experience.

O hotel fica bem localizado, em frente ao grande hotel cassino Caesar Palace e bem próximo do Bellagio. O check in é muito fácil. Os atendentes são educados e você ainda pode fazê-lo pelas máquinas. Os quartos são bons, a cama é confortável. O banheiro é simples. Lembre-se: tudo comparado aos demais luxuosos de Las Vegas, mas o padrão já fica muito acima do que você pode estar acostumado no Brasil. O carpete é limpo. As instalações internas são bem manutenidas. O hotel possui cassino, para quem gosta. Há boas lanchonetes. Os sanduíches vendidos prontos são muito gostosos. Num dos cantos do hotel, existe um restaurante muito bom, porque te cobra um preço razoável, para ter acesso a qualquer tipo de comida e doces variados, com bebida incluída. O preço do hotel é competitivo, se comparado aos demais, principalmente se você for durante o reveillon.

Parei por um minuto com parte da familia nuna mesa enquanto outra pessoa foi ver as opções de cardapio ao entorno e um atendente muito grosseiro disse que nãopodiamos ficar ali e de forma muito desagradavel fez a gente sair da mesa. Tentei explicar e mesmo assim continuou sendo grosseiro. Nao volto mais.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo às principais atrações de Las Vegas, o que possibilita visitar muitas coisas a pé. O quarto em que fiquei era padrão, com duas camas de casal e banheiro. Estava incluído café da manhã, que na verdade era um valor diário, que podia ser utilizado em alguns restaurantes do hotel e foi descontado quando fiz o fechamento da conta.
