“Everything was fabulous. Our concierge Simeon provided outstanding service. Dinner at Sante was super. It was impressive to watch Milton manage his team to ensure us and all the other guest was well served. It was a pleasure to meet Chef Rafael who prepared a fabulous meal. Additionally, Jose and the other staff provided us excellent service.”

“The Paradisus is a wonderful property. Incredible service, great pools, beach and activities. The staff is uniformly kind, friendly and service oriented. The buffet food is great. The restaurants are mixed- some good, some not good. I would hope management would work on improving them. A highlight of our trip was our concierge, Yaleidi Sims. She is such a lovely person and so efficient and helpful. She made our trip incredibly special. Ask for her!!”
