“The Paradisus is a wonderful property. Incredible service, great pools, beach and activities. The staff is uniformly kind, friendly and service oriented. The buffet food is great. The restaurants are mixed- some good, some not good. I would hope management would work on improving them. A highlight of our trip was our concierge, Yaleidi Sims. She is such a lovely person and so efficient and helpful. She made our trip incredibly special. Ask for her!!”

“I love the place and the staff are superb the food is also good. But the actual hotels needs much work done. From small details to some major health and safety works in the rooms. I am more than happy to provide an extensive details if required as I feel the place has so much potential to be even better than what it is. Our concierge Wily was super and worked well with us and made our stay even more enjoyable sorting all things for us.
