“Fantastic experience. I stayed here for the first time when visiting Boston recently and found it a great experience. Staff were very helpful...including making sure that my suit got pressed and in my hands in plenty of time before my Monday morning meetings. Every staff member I ran into was very courteous and always had a smile and a hello for me. Really enjoyed the food options in the club lounge as well!”
