“I really wanted to like this place. Don’t get me wrong the views are absolutely amazing and the staff was nice. I just thought a few things fell short, especially for the price. Check in time is at 3pm. We showed up and the room wasn’t ready and they weren’t able to tell me when. I asked if it would be about an hour and they just kind of gave me a vague answer and told me they would call me when it was available. I was slightly annoyed, but took it in stride and walked around the neighborhood. About an hour later and still no phone call I checked back at the front desk. I was told our room was ready. Why didn’t they call like they said they would? Who knows. I didn’t ask, I just wanted to get up to the room. We arrive in our room on 23 floor. Like I said amazing views. Floor to ceiling windows, unfortunately there were hand prints all over the windows, which was a disappointment. The black out shades were broken and couldn’t be pulled down. The sheets had stains on them, and lastly the pillows were literally as thin as a pancake. Like no joke you could drape the pillow over your arm like they were deflated. The second floor lounge was a nice place to chill and very spacious. There is a roof top bar, but unfortunately it was closed due to the weather. And there’s tons of delicious Korean food in the neighborhood which is great of you’re into that. All in all a pretty good experience, just felt some things fell short.”
