“I have stayed in this hotel twice, for a total of five nights. As a four-star hotel, there is no coffee machine in the room, no kettle, no drinks in the minibar, which is incomprehensible. The first time I stayed in a disabled room, the bathroom smelled bad. The second time I stayed in an ordinary room, the toilet was not cleaned. The Wi-Fi signal in the room is particularly weak, and the Internet speed is very slow. It's hard to work. The check-in procedure is very complicated, you need to fill in a lot of forms, even if you have already checked in online in advance. The mattress is relatively soft and not very comfortable. The soundproofing of the room is relatively poor, and the sound of guests walking in other rooms can be heard. I will not stay here again.”
