Inesquecível!!!!! Nos últimos anos tenho aproveitado para conhecer novas opções de hotéis em Orlando. E super recomendo o JW Marriot , a entrada é excepcional e aconchegante . Os restaurantes e opções para lanches rápidos são excelentes. A área de lazer , com a piscina e correnteza para ficar na boia e relaxar... Ficava impressionada com as pessoas às vezes as dez da noite na piscina. Não deixa a desejar quanto ao hotel que fiquei no ano passado Four Seasons. Única coisa que precisa de mais atenção seria na parte de arrumação dos quartos. Pois se você está ocupando o quarto no horário em que eles passam, dificilmente retornam mesmo pedindo.

Beautiful resort type accommodations. Be warned though: dining and drinks here are absurdly expensive, but yummy. Beautiful pool with a lazy river. Lovely scenery and well decorated rooms and public spaces.

Nice hotel grounds, meeting space, and rooms. They were doing some updates to some restaurants and lobby space while I was here, but clean and comfortable stay. Good restaurants and close to Universal and Sea World.

One of my favorite hotels in Orlando. Very elegant and classy decoration. The lazy river is truly the best one I've ever seen in a hotel. The landscaping is beautiful. Very nice and friendly personnel, specially our server Wendi, she went above and beyond to make me feel happy on my birthday. The views from the upper floors are amazing. Definitely it worth a visit if you haven't stayed here yet. Among the amenities you can enjoy Starbucks , many shops, bars, restaurants , conference rooms, spa, golf course, pool, a spectacular lazy river and many others . The charge for parking is $ 30 which is not bad at all. Definitely will be back soon. You'll love your stay here .❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Let me preface this with I love this JW!We love it so much, this was our eight stay.Absolutely, LOVE the Kitchen!Our servers have always been the greatest!The only ‘kinda’ complaint that I have…is that when I called for bedding for the sofa bed, it never arrived.Luckily, I brought a blanket for my little one to sleep with - but… We’ve stayed here multiple times, and would repeat.The staff is amazing, and rooms are comfy - not like the JW at bonnet creek (too modern) for our style.

I will definitely come back to this amazing place. The hold family had a pleasant 5 night stay. Staff is excellent, accommodated, very polite,customer service standard is very high-quality. Rooms are very clean, sanitized, organized, every single detail was addressed as requested by us. Also have the opportunity to enjoy a quiet relaxing time. Pool is clean, restaurants and spa facilities are very good too, social distance was respected staff had protective mask 😷.I really liked it as a nurse I will say that JW Marriott took a good care of me and my family. THANK YOU 😊

What can I say about this place? Only great things! This past weekend was my second stay at the JW and I couldn't have been anymore satisfied. My company visits yearly for our annual trainings and conferences and we are never disappointed. Check In was a breeze, the staff at the front desk are always so accommodating. The valets are just as great. Room service was great and prompt. The conference rooms where we held our events were clean and the staff was great. Huge shoutout to Sylvia (never was able to get her last name) for making great drinks for everyone and doing so with a smile (even with a mask, you could see she was truly happy to help us)! I always opt to stay an extra night past our work event just because I do not live locally. This year I decided to bring my son and he had a blast down by the pool while I was in my meetings. While most may consider this place pricey, you get what you pay for! Can't wait to see you guys next year!

Super clean resort! My only issue is that for $500 a night you’d expect to be able to get at least a single chair at the pool. They give you wristbands so they know you’re supposed to be there, as well as having a reservation list. But instead we watched as about 3/4 of the people checking bands just let anyone walk in. We walked around the pool looking for a single chair to set out things on with 95° heat and 100% humidity to see people holding empty chairs with their extra bags, tubes, or clothing and food. So instead we opted for staying inside where the ac was wonderful and the staff was friendly and professional. It’s just disappointing to not be able to use the amenity that made this cost worth the price to us.

Great stay, we really enjoyed it. Facility is impeccable and service is excellent. We had a wonderful 2 night stay after driving back from South FL - kids loved the lazy river more than the ocean! Thanks for a great stay. Very well managed resort with excellent service, even while it's busy!

This is a great family resort. This is my family's 3rd time visiting this hotel, and we will come back. This hotel is a great way to break up a Disney vacation, either cruise or park. The service we received at the pool, valet, restaurants, and check-in was 5 Stars. My daughter loves the lazy river, which we spent two full days coming back from the keys. The staff around the pool was accommodating and attentive. I wish they had more of the restaurants open or outdoor seating, and hopefully, after Covid, this will change. The rooms are showing their age, but the room was immaculate.

I am currently staying here until Sunday. After reserving a room for 3 adults and 2 children, we were given a room with 2 queen beds. I had to request a cot to accommodate us all on night one.To be told there are no other rooms other than the executive or the presidential suite, that we could switch to, for a fee of course and we did. After reading reviews of how well kids spent their birthday here we decided to come here for my daughter's birthday. I was specifically told to let the front desk know it was her 7th birthday, only to be looked at as if I was insane. I was not expecting anything grand but I was told they were going to at least let me know what they can do and I heard nothing back. So by 8pm this led to me having to run out and get her something to sing happy birthday with. Luckily, I was able to get some candles from the front desk for her birthday donut...those candles are what brought on the 2 stars. The hotel itself is clean and the pool nice. I also very much appreciate the military discount.
