“Totally disappointed with the quality. The furniture is old, scratched, there was a hole in the bed linen. The fridge didn't work. We had to ask to change the pillow because it was dirty on one side. We couldn't sleep well because the air conditioning is very loud and we couldn't open the windows either because of the noise outside. The location and the breakfast are good, the staff in the breakfast room is also very polite and helpful. All the rest did not meet our expectations at all. One of the worst hotel experiences ever.”
