“In my opinion, one of the best hotels to stay at when you are going to Universal. The whole theme of the place is Italian and it is very well-maintained and clean. There were also many restaurants to chose from and they were all great. There is also a multiple pool areas, one of which has a slide for the kids. There is also a adult pool as well. It also has very easy transportation to get to Universal by a ferry boat. It was also very quick to get there and back to Universal. The rooms were very clean as well. The hotel is very giant however, so if you are going with friends you should probably try to get rooms that are close together. Definitely recommend and is one of my favorite places to go when going to Universal!”

“I haven't stayed at any of the other Universal Hotels, but this was definitely something special. Our room was very clean and updated. From the moment we checked in until we left I felt like anything I needed would be taken care of. We had the express pass which definitely made our time in Universal memorable. There was multiple times when we would go to the pool and be the only one there. Overall a very nice experience.”
